As soon as Rosemary visited our house, her knowledge and professionalism become apparent within minutes of walking the interior, exterior and inspecting the ceiling space. I'm quite a pedantic customer, and she addressed my detailed queries in every regard, either personally, or with inputs from the expert team. Abriel and the installation team were experienced, efficient, friendly and clean. Especially as my job fell on the last working day of the year! James provided some installation guidance, and technical support, ensuring that the system was not only installed well, but also 'tuned' to my particular needs. Happy to recommend this team, especially for the more discerning (fussy buggers), like me!

We first dealt with Metro Air when we requested quotes for Refridgerated Reverse Cycle ducted airconditoning. Rosemary had no problems coming out to Lower Chittering in Sept 2016.
She was very knowledgeable on her products and her Rapor with us was really great. She was concerned at the time about our rather large Family Room with its Cathedral Ceiling and was not sure the system she recomended would reach down the end of the room but of course we just thought that was Sales talk at the time. We went ahead and agreed to have the System installed and we were amazed at the communication with each step of the way. We had the system installed in October last year. The Installation Team was a great bunch of guys and took pride in their work (sorry can't remember your names :(). We were very impressed with everyone including Sharon in the Office. Needless to say after spending last Christmas with the new System we decided that yes rosemary was right we needed something down the other end of the Family room. so had no hesitation in calling Metro Air again for another quote and Rosemary remembered us and case out again to advise the best spot and type of system to compliment the ducted system. Once again we were not disappointed in Rosemary's rapor with us, remembering little things about our family and animals and advising the spot we thought it would go would not suit as there was no airflow for the unit and the installation everything went smoothly again. I cannot thank you all enough and have no problems in recommending Metro Air to anyone and everyone which we do often.

To actually have Rosemary offer to come out to our house to give the quote all the way to the installation....what can I say. Service is what I look for and it was in buckets from these guys. After 2 weeks of non stop researching for the right/best suited reverse cycle system for me I found Metro Air not only had the knowledge, but also assisted me in deciding the type of system I will require in terms of efficiency and overall satisfaction. Consultant Jason was fantastic, the installation team were quick and friendly and did a terrific job in cleaning up! The Electrician seemed a bit lost however after his back up arrived all went well. Now time will tell how everything goes - Well done to all!

We did our research for reverse cycle air-conditioning and Metro Air's consultant stood out with his breadth of knowledge both about the product and practicalities of installation, particularly with a tricky old house like ours.
On each step of the way from quote to installation, communication with Metro Air was great.
We are very happy with the end result.
The guys doing the installation were well coordinated with their time and tasks and were efficient and cleaned up really well afterwards.

We had our new Bon Air ducted heating installed in July this year, in our new home. We had 14 outlets installed, although pricey, we are extremely happy with the product, and the Tradesmen were fantastic, very punctual, clean and did a fantastic job.
Our Heater parts were delivered early morning for the Tradesmen to begin. The Plumber was fantastic, highly recommend him, Installer Arielle and Electrician Reece were professional, informative, clean and tidy and got the job done by the afternoon. Hey, Rosemary, thanks to you and your team on a job well done. The parts were delivered pre 7:00 am, the crew turned up shortly after & introduced themselves. Work started immediately after a brief on how the job would progress. The guys worked tirelessly, finishing earlier than previously anticipated. The Plumber was on time, finishing quite quickly; gone before I realised he was done. The install guys cleaned up after themselves, then the electricians arrived. They were done in about 20 minutes, showed me the controls, then left.
Quite a pleasant experience for the whole process. Many thanks for a job well done.

We recently upgraded our old evaporative cooling system to a full reverse cycle Daikin system. From start to finish the job has been exceptional. The quoting and system selection was a breeze and the actual installation was faultless. The team work between the installers, electricians and roof plaster was remarkable and absolutely seamless. Even down to the delivery and collection of the scrap bin the timing was perfect. The job took less than 2 days, with the old system being removed and replaced on the first day and the repair of the holes from the old ceiling ducts finished on day two. Just as quoted, all the works was supplied and completed to an extremely high standard. We were left fully informed and completely satisfied with the customer service provided and wish to thank all involved from Metro Air.
