We used them for my Pa's headstone. Service was good and we were happy with their work. Staff were nice and understanding. No complaints from us. They did what we asked them to do.
We have used them for a loved ones gravestone. Overall they were quite helpful and easy to deal with. We did have a problem with cracking on the stone after a year or two and they did fix it but it was only after quite a few calls and a fair bit of follow up.
Have used them for several affairs, staff are very helpful, friendly and understanding without being pushy or impatient. Offer a wide range of services in different languages too.
