I was introduced to MDC Cleaning by my Property Manager. I've used them for a couple of exit cleans and they have done a great job. They are now doing a regular monthly clean for me and it's a nice feeling to have a clean apartment. They listen to what you want and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Kelly was incredibly helpful and arranged a rental vacate clean the same day I called. The clean was thorough and the unit looked better than the day I moved in. Very happy with the service. Thank you.

Our house was filthy when we brought it - mould on the walls, build up of dust throughout. We needed a top quality cleaning job to get it up to shape for renting out. They were prompt and efficient - great job!

MDC Services have now rescued me from 2 very unfortunate circumstances within 24 hours of my call (the second within 2 hours as it was urgent). I originally phoned MDC services to help clean a commercial property where the tenant had abandoned the premises and left it in an awful state. Martyn and his crew arrived promptly and professionally and cleaned the whole property from top to bottom brilliantly.

I then had to call MDC services after another cleaner failed to clean the same property (I couldn't find MDC's number!) but after a renovation. I had a new tenant going in to the premises and had been let down by another company so was urgent for the clean. MDC arranged cleaners to be there within an hour and sorted the property out beautifully for me.

Martyn has also helped me out with my claim against the previous cleaners by writing me a letter confirming the state of the property when they got there.

I cannot thank MDC services enough for their efforts and professionalism and have now safely saved MDC's number in my phone for all future cleans I need.

Exit house cleaning. I was unhappy with the initial clean. The owner personally came and inspected. Fixed the problem immediately. Nothing was a problem. Superior customer service. Will always use MDC Services.

Spring clean, vacate clean windows cleaned and carpet cleaning all cleaned amazingly couldn't have done it better myself. With great friendly service.

A relative's living quarters had been subject to grime, dirt, blood, urine and feces due to neglect. We contacted MDC Services who firstly offered valuable advice on what to do next and the services they offer. We then hired MDC Services to remove contaminated furniture from the premises. MDC then offered more advice on preventing bacteria growth, pest control and helped guide us through the cleaning process.

We use MDC to clean our offices in the CBD and have been for a couple of years. They do a full clean, toilets, canteen, desks ad phones which is why we changed from our old cleaners who only wanted to clean particular areas. We will definitely keep on using them. They do a fantastic job. Higly recommend them.
