Had a horrible experience dealing with them. Every phone call I have had they were rude, evasive, did not return phone calls as promised - I now have written evidence contradicting what they told me and they breached confidentiality as specifically instructed. I requested a simple apology and would forget it happened, but that was too difficult for them. I am extremely unhappy and am investigating taking legal action against the firm.
