the staff is helping me to choose a frame, so it's help full. the eye check is also good quality.
They have this deal where you can get pair of glasses from a limited range with no out of pocket if you have medical insurance. They also throw in a few pairs of disposable contacts which were probably samples they got for free. I was in a rush to get a pair of lasses by year end so I got it. Later found much better options at Kingsway Optical in Glen Waverley. Slightly higher prices but I think the qualty of the frames were better too. Eye check at MV was satisfactory but I hear the Caucasian guy, has since left. I think all Mastervision cared about was getting the maximum claim from your insurance so they could earn more.

The service here pretty good. The receptionist didn't give me any opinions when i was trying to find the best frame that suited me. But however, the optometrist was very concerned about my eyes so that was good. There are a nice range of frames to choose from.
Truly enjoyed my experience with Master Vision in Box Hill. The shop assistant was helpful in choosing the appropriate frame to suit the shape of my face. She patiently waited on me to try out several frames and was quite insightful with her comments. The optometrist (Matthew) was excellent. His friendly banter made the diagnostic a breeze. Their prices likewise offer good value.

I agree. Matthew is great with children. My whole family sees him because he is fun and the kids love to see him. Services are great.
