Master Cleaners Melbourne

DO NOT USE THIS ‘SERVICE’.
This company should be ashamed for their horrible ‘service’. They tried to charge me close to the price of the couch itself! Lucky I was able to pull the price down because they simply did NOT clean the couch or rug. They literally made it wet and smell really bad. When I contacted them to ask they return to redo at least parts, they said to me ‘if the couch is wet then it was cleaned properly. If you think it wasn’t done why would we send someone back. Thank you for your feedback but we aren’t doing anything about it”. DISGUSTING!!!

I definitely wont be using this company again (carpet repair) and would not recommend them at all. If you do use them check the work properly before you pay the contractor. if you are not happy with the work do not pay them, the workmanship was absolutely disgraceful. Their customer resolution area stated the work was to standard, my 9 year old could've done a better job. I submitted photos to the resolution area clearly showing the the tear was not repaired properly. Integrity and customer obviously come last.

Its a shame that the subcontractor has let this company down, sometimes the customer is right and the owner / manager should listen its their company.
