I purchased a $39 voucher for eyelash extensions around October 2011. It was my first experience with eyelash extensions and it wasn't too convincing, although I received a $20 voucher for my next visit, I didn't go back. The extensions were clumpy and weren't stuck on properly even though I followed the after care and some were even painful! Since then have been to other eyelash extension boutiques and had more pleasant and wonderful results.

I made my appointments via the $39 vouchers, but the service, quality of design/workmanship, pre & post customer service, and aftercare are second to none and definitely worth the full price Naomi charges - I would happily have paid more. I have had cosmetic tattooing done before, but Naomi is by far the best technician I have ever experienced - with Naomi I experienced no pain, and I left looking and feeling amazing . I can recommend Make-Up Ink without reservation to anyone who values excellence.

I had no problems booking an appointment and the owner and artist Naomi was very professional and explained procedure pro's and con's. I had to travel to Bondi instead of Annandale but no biggie. I was extremely happy with the result as this was my first experience with cosmetic tattooing.
