M.E.M. Blinds

We are really happy with the help we got from the team at MEM Blinds. From day 1 when we picked the material to the day the blinds and sheer were installed. Everything went smooth and everything is perfect. The team at MEM blinds helped us picked the right material and colour to suit our needs. Also give us suggestions on where things should be installed. And the team who care and installed the blinds and sheer, if I could give them 6 starts, I would !!! They are the most careful trademen I ever met !!! Aaron

I ordered blinds from this company in late October. The customer service was quite frankly a disgrace. The rep, is possibly the rudest person I have ever come across. Despite repeated efforts to arrange for the blinds to be installed, he was simply not interested. I eventually managed to get him to confirm that he would install the blinds on Monday 23/11/2009 at 0900. It's now just gone 1000 and I have just contacted him again to find out where the blinds are. I heard a myriad of excuses, and he eventually admitted that he "forgot" my order. Told him not to bother with it as I found his customer service disgraceful, and have cancelled the order.

As he appears so keen not to do any work at all, I would recommend that you DO NOT bother wasting your precious time contacting him if you are looking for blinds.
