They will treat your child as a number. My daughter has been in this day care for 2+ years. She is going to pre school this year for 3 days a week, so still needs to go to this day care centre for 2 days. All their staff knows about this and the management decided that we haven't hand in a form and therefore remove my daughter's spot without any warning and still request us to pay the full exist fee. Best to avoid this place.
