My mortgage had come off a low fixed rate, which was definitely a concern for me, as interest rates are now 3X what they were when I fixed my home loan. I contacted Lend2u and Nathan was more than happy to help me look for a better offer.
The better offer was taken up with a smaller Australian lender, which had no fees (good suggestion) and the refinance process followed through until completion, yesterday.
I recommend contacting Lend2u for a quote to see if you can find savings as it has been worth it for me, in this high cost of living environment. 10/10 service and always good to support a local business to.
