I found John on this website. He has done full plumbing work for our renovation in Williamstown. Excellent service and an absolute delight to deal with. He is now doing other family members renovation plumbing in West Melbourne. So lucky to have such a wonderful tradesman and an even better person. I wouldn’t think of using anybody else.

Do yourself a favour and call John, he's super thorough, experienced and knowledgable. Fixed a gas leak on the hot water system and hung around to check for any further leaks, he used detergent and a pressure test to ensure he's work was complete and safe. I cannot recommend him enough!

John did a lot of work for us during our renovation. He installed a new gas line and water heater, and did all the necessary plumbing work for our new kitchen and bathroom. John was recommended to us by our kitchen cabinet maker and we are delighted to have found such an excellent plumber. His reliability and communication is second to none. He always let us know if his arrival time would be changing. He took the greatest care with every task and always explained what he was doing and asked us questions if anything needed to be clarified. He is down-to-earth, friendly, courteous and highly professional. I would recommend him to anyone and have done so already. We will always call on him if we need a plumber from now on.

I've had two experiences with John and they have been both sensational. 2 years back he converted our oven and stove to gas and he did a number of plumbing fixes across a kitchen reno, bath and laundry (taps, sinks, shower head, laundry connections). He was nothing but professional, helpful and honest. He gives very fair pricing and was always on time. Today he came out as I called him yesterday with roofing leaks. The problem was more for a roof tiler and is not really his specialty. He took me up to the roof to show the pointing issues and is passing on someone that maybe able to help. Although its not something he was able fix he has been very professional, helpful and fair. The quality of his work across the house has been very good and has held up well over the years. I have no hesitations in recommending him.
Contacted John through a colleagues recommendation and could not fault his services, polite, on time and no surprises. John honestly went above and beyond to assist. My initial request was to disconnect a water tank to the mains. Once completed John checked all our taps within the house and questioned the flow of our second bathroom. John noticed the flow wasn't as expected and proceeded to pull apart the tapas and found a small blockage. All this for no extra costs. Definitely recommend John and Le Belle Plumbing....
Our hot water completely stopped, nothing at all coming out of the hot tap (not even cold water). I rang Le Belle Plumbing & John could incidentally come out within the hour! That was just luck, I know, but he worked the problem out immediately & had the part he needed with him. The whole thing was done in half an hour. Very reasonable call out rate too. I have previously paid almost double to a plumber a few years ago for a toilet blockage - that was all labour!! John is also, importantly, a very friendly & nice bloke. Explains everything. Now tat I have found La Belle Plumbing, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

John was quick and efficient in fixing our burst hot water pipe. We had already called a plumber who said they "would be round today" and never turned up or returned texts or calls. So we were very impressed when john estimated a time and confirmed when he was 5 minutes away! Also nice flexible payment methods. Highly recommended.

I engaged Le Belle Plumbing for several items around our new home. John is punctual and reliable and we appreciated his professional advice. I understand tradies are busy however he is one of the rare ones to return calls and text messages promptly and his communication kept me informed. As I am quite fussy I was impressed with John and his high standard of work. He even cleaned up after himself! I would definitely use his services again and will recommend to others.

With the previous terrible experience to deal with the plumbers, I have been very careful to choose the good plumber. With Le Belle Plumbing, I had totally different experience. Le Belle Plumbing not only did excellent job (gas pipe relocation and water supply in kitchen and bathroom) under reasonable price but also provide very valuable advises for our renovation. Had some leaking taps and shower fixed - John was on time and paid a lot of attention to detail, very happy with the work.

We had a sewer blockage on a weekend and after initially calling 3 plumbers with no response Le Belle plumbing organised someone to come out within 2hrs. The blockage proved to be a little tricky being old clay pipes but after a little persistence it was cleared. We were impressed with the professionalism and no nonsense attitude.

John came via the real estate agent I rent through to sort out my shower and blocked bathroom sink. He could not fix the problem initially, but came back with a colleague and spent time to access the pipes to clean them of rust so that I could have the best possible drainage with the old plumbing supplied by the land Lord. It is the time and attention to detail that stands out with the service. He had to remove the the plug strainer to access the pipes. He didn't leave me without a cover, but made a new one especially to fit the sink, drilling holes so that the water would flow just right. This may sound trivial, but this attention to detail left me feeling that I had been give a first class service.

I needed a replacement hot water service. Overall our experience exceeded expectations. Fast, reliable & professional work. John even returned another day to complete extra work without additional charges. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I had the daunting task of finding a plumber to quickly come and attend to a block sewer, paritcularly as my wife just had a second baby! I found John on this website, he answered my call, arranged a time, called again before he came over, and had the problem resolved (he even solved another problem we were having with the toilet while he was at it). Great job, reliable, friendly.
John ran new pipes and connections for my home rennovation and installed my gas-log heater. He is very polite, punctual and reliable. He is also experienced and knowledgeable.

Very punctual, Polite, trustworthy and explained the job that was being done. Price of job was fantastic, other companies wanted to charge through the roof and couldn't even give a time they would arrive, we are a small local child care centre we needed to know so we could work around using our oven for the children's lunches.
Very happy with your service and will defiantly recommend.
