Not only is he amazing at what he does (nothing I.T. that he can't solve) but he really cares and gives extraordinary value for money. Before being connected with Louigi I spent 2 hours on an I.T. issue with another professional culminating in an unsuccessful outcome and I still got charged... Louigi solved it in 10 minutes.
