they are very quick to complete the instalation and it works great up untill the guy installed a new meter in the meterbox so I rang them for some advice on how to reconnect the WIFI as NO one showed my anything as when you get a power failure it stops the the WIFI connection so I rang them for advice but no reply so I had to figger it out myself as the Email instructions are so complex they ment nothing to me
All I can say is good luck
