Absolutely happy! Everybody from Estimator to office personal and wonderful moving crew to storage people. All very helpful and made our move so much more easy. Our furniture is still in storage and we know it is looked after very well. Thanks everybody at Kent removals for looking after us. We recommend Kent very highly.

I am an older woman needing to downsize. Kent Storage have been extremely professional and MOST helpful from my first enquiry. I needed help with everything and they provided this. From the knowledgeable quote process to the final cleaning everything was smoothly arranged with phone calls to advise me of ACTUAL arrival times and then having the various people arrive on time.
Everyone was polite and careful. My prized possessions are now in storage waiting for me to move to my new home. I was able to split the packing day and the removal day and this was very convenient for me. Thanks Kent Storage.
We would just like to compliment all the staff involved in the above movements of furniture belonging to our daughter Glenda from her home in Hocking to storage in Canning Vale and then eventually to her new residence in Maddington.
The office staff were very helpful and informative in helping us as to how to coordinate the moves.
And secondly, the men loading and unloading her belongings into and out of the containers were so professional.
All in all, it made the transition run very smoothly.

Excellent communication with staff at head office. Special mention to the removalist who were fantastic!! Courteous, maticulous and very professional. Care with wrapping, stacking and moving our furniture. We have moved a few times, but by far, Kents service has been the best. Highly recommend their services.

Recently used Kent to hold my life in storage - I have never been more impressed and happy with their service. I was beginning to think it didn't exist anymore!! Kent storage were fantastic. I moved from a large fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment that I had been living in for 15 years , they had to go to two different locations drop off , the final one being the storage centre.

We were delighted with the service we received from Kent storage recently. The renovation required us to remove all of our furniture from the back half of the house. The staff arrived promptly to collect the items and took great care with the packing of some of the additional items. They were only too happy to move a couple of extra items around the house for me as well. Great job

I cant sing your praises loud enough. The Victorian team lead by Craig were so helpful when organizing my removal and the WA team of Tianna was just as helpful and understanding particularly when our house didn’t settle on time and I needed to reschedule delivery.

Kent picked up our belongings from a self-storage depot. I couldn't be there to observe and felt a little uncomfortable leaving the guys to it. To my delight, the manager of the storage place, gave me a unprompted call at the end of the day and said that she was really impressed with the Kent team. They had been very careful with all our belongings, they were a great bunch of guys to deal with and she was going to start recommending Kent herself. Thank you Kent for the great service.
