Jetset Plumbing has been an absolute lifesaver! I originally booked another plumbing company who never showed up, but a friend recommended Jetset, and I’m so glad they did. The booking process was seamless from the get go after my online inquiry answered the same day, and the staff were polite and efficient. They scheduled me for the very next day at a time that suited me perfectly.

Rylee, the plumber assigned to my job, was outstanding. He called ahead with his ETA and was incredibly professional from start to finish. He spoke highly of the company, its owners, and its strong reputation, which was reassuring. More importantly, he was knowledgeable, listened to my needs, and provided clear, honest advice without any unnecessary upselling. He quoted me on the spot and was able to start immediately.

The work was completed flawlessly, allowing me to move forward with the next step of my renovation. I’ll be having Rylee back to finish the final hookups, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for plumbing services. If you’re looking for a reliable, well priced plumber, Jetset Plumbing is the only call you need to make! Highly recommend

The booking process was seamless and plumbers were available within a couple of days.

Rylee and Jesse attended our home and went above and beyond not only to fix the issue we were having quickly and efficiently, but were a wealth of knowledge and gave great advice about some planned upgrades to our bathrooms and kitchen.

Communication before, during and after the work was completed was also exceptional.

I suspect JetSet’s price is a touch higher than some other outfits however, I have no doubt that we paid for what we got - absolute quality.

We’ll definitely use JetSet again in the future and highly recommend to others.

Riley attended site 7am on a Sunday morning and went over and above with his level of service, even attending his suppliers workshop to collect supplies to ensure our water system was operational.

Unreal service once again from the team at Jetset Plumbing. Rylee detected and rectified the issue with my leaking shower on the spot. He went above and beyond to educate us on how all the mechanisms work, the best course of action, and plan of attack. Rhylee is polite, professional and a true master of his trade!

The plumbers -Riley and Wyndham -,were amazing ...They went above and beyond to fix my blocked sewage pipe...not the easiest or most pleasant of jobs !!! Riley did it with patience , humour and with such a great positive attitude . Best of all he offered me some long-term solutions so it does not happen again. Jetset will always be our ‘go to’ plumbing company after now having them attend to our plumbing problems on two different occasions. The first visit was for majorly blocked drainage the length and width of our back yard. The second visit was to replace all down pipes. .
The guys are always respectful and explain every move they are making. I cannot rate them highly enough. On this last occasion, thank you so much to Zane, Matt and Nathan. You fellows are a credit to your company.

Had a leaking pipe in the wall so that water was coming up through the carpet in the hallway and main bedroom, rang Jet Set first as I have used them in the past and the earliest was next afternoon I was worried about damage getting worse so I tried another company, and they wanted me to pay $140 up front then and there, so I decided to wait for Jet Set , got a call from Ben early next morning he had time earlier than expected and he was there at 8.30am, work was done efficiently and quickly, even had a Jet Set dog biscuit for the puppy I was looking after, great work Ben thank you .

I had Nathan quote a leak in my pipe. $300 cheaper than Same Day Trades quote. I got 10 percent pensioner discount and no call out fee. He did an excellent job. I will highly recommend to my friends. Great value. Hard to find an honest plumber when you are a woman or elderly thanks from Diane

We have just used Jetset again, this time for drainage for a new shed. On time and quick to quote, tidy unlike other tradesmen. Would happily use Jetset again.

Jetset Plumbing are very professional and do an excellent job. I have used them several times and was very happy with everything. They are also the only trades company that I have dealt with that also give back to their customers and community as well as partnering with World Vision.

Jetset Plumbing are simply great.
Even though I have only tried them once, all their staff seemed to do a very good job and are very helpful.
On top of doing an excellent job, they sent me a Christmas card & Gift.
Additionally this plumbing company gives back part of their profits to World Vision.

For these reasons and more, I highly recommend them over any other company in SE QLD.

My husband called Jetset Plumbing around lunchtime today and Tony was at the house within 3 hrs.
Everything was professionally explained to us and the work to be done was completed very efficiently.
Tony cleaned up the mess that was made and offered good after care advice.

I've used Mick from Jetset on two occasions now and he has been punctual and polite. More to the point I have used him for leak detection and on both occasions he has found the issues very quickly and efficiently. Another thing worth mentioning is that he was very reassuring to my customers which is most helpful when you have a home owner standing there with wet carpet. I would highly recommend.

I rang Jetset Plumbing, was answered immediately, the plumber came out to do my work first thing the next morning, did a great job and even had rubber overshoes so he didn't track mud through my house. Would definitely use them again.
