Intaglio Salon

I recently had a terrible experience at Intaglio. First they lost my booking, so when I arrived I had to wait half an hour to be served. Then when they cut the hair for me and my child they rushed the service. When I asked for a bit more work to be done on my 7 year old child, the hairdresser flatly refused on the basis she had another appointment. I will not be returning there.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the hair wash and head massage. I felt the hairdresser responded well to how I wanted my hair cut. I have curly hair and need a hairdresser who is experienced with this type of hair.

my experience with intaglio was great and the staff are so nice, my colour and cuts are always perfect and I would recommend this place for everyone to go to
