Dylan came out to assess the whole computer as it wasn't working, he ran some tests and it fell short of its 'benchmark'. He got it working, sped it up and cleared it from the unwanted, but suggested if we wanted it any better we should add or change some hardware. He offered to take the computer home with him and return in the following day which was great! But as I needed it urgently because of the time lost with it not working, he came back the very next day. Its also worth mentioning, previous guy who came to look at it told me its time was up! Thanks Dylan!
My 3 year old Lenovo laptop crashed. I rang a Computer repair store and they did some basic diagnosis and said that it was not worth repairing the laptop and that I should get a new one. I then found Barrat Technology on womo and called Dylan. He was willing to take a look at the laptop to determine what was actually wrong. I dropped it off yesterday evening after work. Dylan rang me about an hour later to say that he found the fault and it was able to be fixed at a very reasonable price. I picked the laptop up the next day and am writing this review on it.

I called BTS to fix my CCTV system, which wasn't displaying a couple of cameras on my computer. He came on time and fixed it very quickly. He also gave me a couple of handy tips on how to use the system on my computer and my phone app in a more efficient way.
Dylan helped set up and configure my new computers and router in my office and they run beautifully! Also Dylan is very polite, punctual and has great communication skills.

Very reliable and very efficient. It's never too much trouble. I was after a new computer that suited my budget and my needs, Dylan was really helpful and honest. Will definitely be using his service again.
I made an appointment with these guys to drop my Computer off with them for repair. Was running slow, and over the phone Dylan diagnosed that it needed a good clean and some more RAM, and I picked it up the same day I dropped it off!
Had an issue that i couldnt figure out and had my computer accessed remotely & the issue that I spent hours trying to solve was done within a mere minutes!
Dylan came out to my home and successfully helped me get our family computer and a laptop to run properly as they were slow and full of pop-ups and/or regularly freezing.. Very decently priced and came when he said he would be there.
Barratt Technology Services regularly does work for our business as well as some personal work including repairing my home laptop and computers and also, building a laptop for a family member. Dylan is a very courteous and efficient young man. We always highly recomend him.
