i would like to revoke my previous review - i was swept up in alot of negative reviews - i have been dealing with a Gentleman named Ben who has been a great help = a section of my order was delayed or tracking not available - i have been refunded for that section of the order - Thanks ben.

cheap deals, and when you purchase these deals, this online shop takes your money and will not send your purchase. 20 days passed so i contact Ikoala and they replied wanting private information about me over the email before they will send my item. This is dodgy and dangerous for fraud. I think they are deceiving the public and should not be trading.

ikoala is a scam. they took my money two months ago but no delivery. I tried to contact them by phone, but no luck there.

I bought a handbag which was smaller than their advertised measurements. I rang to ask to return it, and was told sure, she'd get back to me after talking to the manufacturer. She rang back and said sorry, they said they measured it by hand and some difference is to be expected so they won't give me a refund. I had to push and talk to a supervisor, who told me to return it (at my cost), and they w ould 'consider' it, including consider refunding the postage it cost me as they don't have a reply paid address. It took a bit of arguing and pushing on the phone to get to that stage, even though I pointed out their own website says they provide refunds if the product is not as advertised - they kept insisting I had the "right" product and ignored the fact that the measurements were incorrect on their site. The outcome was good, they did refund the cost and postage, but I shouldn't have had to argue for it considering the product was incorrectly advertised. I've had this experience before with another online site and they immediately provided me with a reply paid address and refunded the cost of the product with no arguments. I won't be buying from ikoala anymore as I don't trust that they'll do the right thing if the product is not as advertised.

I have purchased a variety of goods from IKOala.com.au and they are prompt, arrive within a couple of days of when they say they will. The goods are of good quality. I am impresssed

I recently stumbled across the ikoala website (http://www.ikoala com) on Google whilst looking for free classified websites on which to advertise my Internet business. And I must say I was greatly impressed. Not only was I able to put a free ad up for my business, but I found a Daily Deals area of their website, where I could get up to 50% a number of goods and services that were relevant to myself and my family. I've found a number of free Australian classified websites, but this one was by far the best, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bargain.
