Thank you for your review. You had 2 cars in on the same day at reduced pricing because you were acknowledged as a return customer.
Payment for the works was taken over the phone by head office, but you were undercharged in error.
The next day Emily was given the task of contacting you to inform you of the error and to obtain the balance of the undercharged payment.
The fact that you paid the balance indicates you were well aware of the error and could not deny the undercharge. This is just a mean and incorrect post. If we had the ability to upload a copy of the invoice, along with your first and second payment, that together add up to the invoice amount, it would clearly show that Happy Tint, and in particular Emily, did nothing wrong.
This is just a nasty personal attack toward a lovely staff member Emily. These comments are made to vilify your frustration that she followed up after you were undercharged.
Hello Happy tint. You have your facts incorrect. When your staff Emily called I advised that I had a series of Doctors appointment and I made sure I returned the call and left her a message. when she called I was getting my eyes checked. I did not make any mistake but as you rightly fully said your staff did and we assumed that is the correct price. When Emily was aware that I had a series of doctors appointment she kept insisting that we underpaid when we paid what your staff asked us to pay. In order that you guys are not getting your facts correct leads to believe that you have incompetent staff. You ought to know that I never got a proper tax invoice just a back yard hand written invoice that your staff said was wrong and to pay a lesser amount. Emily was sweet when she took the job but arrogant to the bone since she did not understand that I was with Doctors but kept paying the same tune and NEVER did she advise that the price would be higher . Shame on you lot
