My first visit and I was impressed and will definitely return

It was my first visit to this salon as my usual hairdresser had an accident and was taken to hospital. I was extremely impressed with the venue, the professionalism of all staff, and my hair styling which was fantastic. I thoroughly recommend this salon to everyone. The price was reasonable and the staff were very helpful. I would go back again.

I found Hair Master a couple of years ago when my work was relocated and am really glad I did. Their service was fantastic and I came out feeling completely renewed and refreshed. Definitely 5 stars !

I had moved back to Adelaide from 15 years in Melbourne where I had a wonderful hairdresser who knew my hair and what I wanted! For the past 10 months I have had two bad haircuts! I am 2 minutes away from Hair Masters and Di has proven to be perfect, she coloured and cut my hair to how I am used to it and easy for me to manage. Very friendly, polite and well organised! Fantastic service great results light and airy salon.this is my new go-to salon that doesn't charge exorbitant prices and delivers on results and as a bonus treats their clients to refreshments, pampering and expert knowledge.
I was frustrated with my last salon for over charging and not treating their booked clients with priority.
The experience was the best I've had thus far.
The end result was a fantastic colour and cut and a goody bag when I left.
If your after a salon that charges reasonable prices and delivers on service and results I'd definitely recommend.

I was looking for somewhere affordable to get my hair cut with a full colour and I wanted it done ASAP. They managed to squeeze me in that day with Georgia who is currently undertaking an apprenticeship. She was so helpful and patient, especially as I am often super indecisive. She offered me advice and helped me decide what I wanted and I absolutely loved the end result! The value for money was fantastic and they made sure I was comfortable and satisfied the entire time. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend.

Perfect balance of friendly and professional service. Steph knew from the moment she saw my severely overgrown mess exactly the style that would suit me. My husband says I look 10 years younger. Result! Fabulous, faultless styling. My first visit but definitely not my last. Thank you.

Went here yesterday for the first time and was very impressed with the service I received by Steph who was very patient with my indecisiveness and offered her own suggestions. The place was clean and stylish. Everyone was friendly and professional and did their best to make you comfortable. Clients of all ages (children to the elderly) there at the time were treated the same.

Lovely, spacious salon, was made to feel very relaxed. Leah was fantastic and listened to what I wanted and did a great job. The head massage was beautiful, the glass of wine and cheese and crackers were a special touch. Would definitely recommend and I will be back.

Fantastic customer service. The best hairdressers I've ever been to. The cutters know what they are doing, they properly listen to what you want and take their time to cut your hair. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and great service with drinks. Would definitely recommend.

All the staff were very welcoming. Steph did an awesome job of my hair and I was offered plenty of refreshments and magazines along the way. I had a half head of foils and I love the products they use, Kevin Murphy. Will be going again!

From the moment I came in, it was all the little things of customer care, not just customer service, that made my haircut visit an experience. Beautifully decorated, light, airy, clean and inviting. Refreshments served elegantly and waiting for us, with many offers of more. My daughter had her 10 week old baby with us, with attendant large pram, but nothing was too much trouble. Judith our stylist was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The massage chairs at the wash basins were a lovely touch and we just had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. We were both very pleased with the results of our hair styling and colour and the price was very reasonable. We will both definitely return, it was just lovely.

I had a home hair highlighting disaster and walked in to ask for some advice. Staff were genuinely friendly, very professional and helpful so I made an appointment to get my hair fixed. Judith did an amazing job fixing the colour, the end result looks great! I was impressed by the service from all of the staff, they went that extra mile (offering coffee, drink and massage chair when having hair washed, a little gift bag to go with and a follow up text)which I really appreciate and they obviously know what they are doing to be able to turn my hair disaster into a lovely colour - it now looks great! The price was great for the service I received. I have recommended them to my friends :-)

Beautiful light and airy salon. Service was very warmly welcoming and friendly. LOVED the bit of pampering scalp massage with my shampoo, thank you Michelle! Thank you also, for taking the time to find out my exact requirements before beginning the cut, which I'm very happy with!

My last trusty hairdresser sold his business; I had to find a new one. Going to a new hairdresser is like going to the dentist for me. I've had too many painful experiences and bad experiences!! I'm fussy. My hair is fine and not easy to cut. I like asymmetrical, funky and stylish. I had put off finding a replacement hairdresser for too long and my hair showed it. The salon was friendly but not 'try-hard'. Everyone was about their business. Michelle made me feel really at ease. She seemed to understand me and what I wanted. She could see how my hairdresser had cut my hair and liked it. (Whew!) The end product is just how I like it... I'll be back. I've found my new hairdresser. So relieved.

Very professional, both salon presentation, appearance and service. Judith was patient, understanding and took every measure to make sure I was happy with my haircut. I was made very comfortable, offered complimentary beverages and left feeling like I had just been pampered. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I came to hair masters for a 1920s up style. My hair stylist was called Michelle and she was just fab. :) a very sweet woman that really cares about how i was and how i felt with her overall service. She really took her time and it didn't come unnoticed :) thank you Michelle, you made me feel like a valuable person and your service actually made my day with you kind service. Although, the image i had shown didn't match my hair BUT i wasn't disappointed; it was equally just as good as the image so i really wasnt fuss. cost price was a tad pricey.. i was expecting around $80-$85 BUT with the service and the fact Michelle had worked over time i was glad to pay the $95 and even tipped a quick $5! People at my function took notice of my up do and i was proud to mention where i had got it done. :) thanks hair masters! you have a very nice worker don't let her go!

Excellent service and was able to fit me in on short notice. Judith listened to my requirements and made some excellent suggestions and I came out very happy with the result of my hair cut. Warm, friendly and professional environment. I will be back for another hair cut.
