I am a tac customer the lady I had greeted me with a lovely smile this was the first time I had Novel clean for me first novel cleaned and scrubbed my spa shower vanity white draws large bathroom mirror amazing/then my spare bedroom which hasn’t been slept in for 6 months all changed the sheets / my lounge room which was very dusty / mopped floors and vacuumed I was over the moon I would give Novel 10 stars because she cleaned clean thanks again glenyse

We have tried few cleaners from Airtasker, Gumtree and Facebook social groups; Sure they were cost wise cheaper but never had a value of our money. I did hear about GSR by word of mouth and tried them. They seem to expensive compare to others; What I have used in past, but they gave value of my money. I am giving this review after having their services few weeks, not by first service, which most of them do good and drop the quality of work after few services. I will sure recommend them Because GSR do care about their customers.

Great work done by GSR and its Staff, i have a 2bedroom unit, having had a baby recently the house kinda of felt neglected so i contacted GSR Cleaning services to do a clean, i sure was amazed at how quick and efficient they are. I do leave in Interstate for my work. My house in Narre Warren was abused by tenant. Real estate is very good for inspections; But they failed to do last few rental inspection. When Tenant has to leave the house; They left house in extremely bad condition; and Provided me BOND BACK Receipt from cheapest advertising Trapped Cleaning company and Advised us that all required work has been done. All Walls were extremely dirty with by Kids painting and finger prints. Shower was So mouldy; Even Bathroom Sealing has mould. Carpet has so many Stains.

GSR are efficient professional skilled and always on time. Commercial grade cleaning for our home. We are so pleased that we chose GSR. All of our surfaces shine and the vacuum cleaned our carpet like a dream. Steam cleaning then made it look almost like new. We will get GSR next time for sure.

The company went above and beyond to clean our house for us. They booked us in for the wrong day, but they rectified this by having cleaners come to the property at 5am the following day to make sure it got done in time for our bond inspection.
