Highly recommended!

Gold Line Removalists are outstanding! Guil and his team were professional, efficient, friendly and respectful. They managed a very large, heavy antique cabinet up 25 stairs and in to a small apartment. They took great care with my items. I was so impressed and highly recommend them.

I was pleased with the two gentlemen, Lucas & Wagner, who assisted with my move.

They were civil & careful with my furniture & possessions. Thankfully nothing has been found damaged so far.

I have only glowing things to say about them, & will definitely consider "Gold Line" for my next move, & recommend to friends & family.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service provided.

The two gentlemen moving my belongings were so careful with my things. It was a much bigger job than I anticipated and access was not as straightforward as I thought it would be. There were added complications, with settlement being delayed by an hour and the agent not meeting me at the destination to handover keys, as planned.

Nevertheless, the gentlemen moving my things stayed calm, professional and continued smiling.

I highly recommend Gold Line Removals for any moving job.

Guilherme and his team were super fast and efficient at packing up our apartment and moving everything into our new house in Port Macquarie. Probably the most competitive prices around too. Nothing was too difficult for the them. Would recommend to anyone moving house.

We've used GoldLine's services twice now (which is in itself the best proof of satisfaction)... Love their service attitude. Someone from the company will check in before and during the move. We've had different movers for the two jobs and they all have in common that they are careful, professional, efficient and smart in the way they put things together in the truck so everything fits, while at the same time protecting delicate objects from harm. Will continue using their services!

From the first contact, this organisation offered nothing but professional service. They were totally trustworthy from the first call to the day of shifting. The removalists worked so hard for 9 hours straight and despite it being a tricky move, they remained positive and energetic right until the last box was in. They even assisted us to arrange the furniture and assembling the couch and bed. They made the whole experience easier and stress-free.

We have moved house more times than I can remember and Gold Line Removals were by far the best removalists we have used. They were polite, friendly, professional, efficient, careful and arrived exactly on time. Nothing was damaged or dirtied and they even connected the washing machine. Guilherme and his team were outstanding. Talk about efficient, on time and hard working. Your biggest concern when moving is, what you have been quoted and the end charge… the quotation is exactly what was charged and the job was completed within that time estimated. They problem solved if there was an issue, they didn’t damage anything and were extremely polite and helpful. Until using Gold Line I had not had any good experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Very thankful for Gui for promptly replying to my query. We had to switch movers at the 11th hour during the Christmas holiday so we were fortunate that Gold Line still had an availability on our preferred date. Gui and Julio were both very helpful, and professional and took care of our stuff.

Hard-working, punctual and careful team. It took a bit of time because we lived at the top of a two-storey building with no lift.
Everything was moved without being damaged and taking great care in handling our possessions.
They even set up my washing machine for me.
Would highly recommend and use again. I’d happily give more than 5 stars!!!
