Cleo is an absolute star trainer! She makes my workouts fun and so not scary like I thought personal training would be. We literally have a ball while we're working out and I highly recommend that you ask for her as your trainer especially if you're just starting out and want someone easy to get along with who really listens, obviously cares, and is a pleasure to work with.
i used to avoid working out/fitness due to feeling insecure about the lack of knowledge & experience in the field. a lot of people tend to turn to fitness to lose weight but in my case, it’s the opposite. i was a bit skeptic reaching out to a PT because i didn’t think they could help me but emma was assigned to me & she’s completely changed my viewpoint. my goals with her was to be & feel stronger; to work up an appetite & to space out my eating. not only do emma & i share a professional relationship, she’s become a great companion to me now. this has definitely helped me open up to her about my concerns & worries & in return, she’s been a gem in helping me build my confidence. i really couldn’t have asked to be matched with anyone else more compatible than her & i. i went from training with a stranger to now training with a friend; it almost doesn’t even feel like i’m working on myself but rather, spending time with my mate ((:

I’ve been training with Sharon for a few months now. The change in myself I have noticed already is amazing. I’m feeling more confident, stronger and more motivated. After working long hours and being a father to two kids for over a decade I was 104 kg when I first started with get going and training with Fia. Over the last 3 years she has educated me about nutrition, exercise and lifestyle in a way that has changed my habits forever. I had my last session with Ryan Deans yesterday. I couldn’t have asked for a better PT.
Before I contacted GG, I was severely unfit and overweight, with a four month old baby. I needed help but was scared about being judged by a PT. Ryan made me feel comfortable and set realistic goals for my busy lifestyle. I lost 17 kgs and have learned habits that will stay with me forever.

We've been training with Sharon from Get Going PT since February and couldn't be happier.
I'm an ex-Personal Trainer and my partner Rod was an exercise novice. Sharon has been able to program sessions which focus on technique for Rod and fat loss for me.
I've lost 8.5kgs, have gained strength and reduced body fat. Under Sharon's direction Rod is smashing it and his technique has improved dramatically, and he is really enjoying the ride.
Sharon makes each session different and is focussed on exercising safely, yet we still manage to have a heap of fun every time.

First time using a personal trainer and i couldnt recommend Soroush highly enough,he's been really great getting me started on my fitness journey,and as I'm someone with alot of previouse injuries Soroush has been great devising sessions that work for my specific needs/goals all the while keeping me motivated! I’ve had an excellent experience with Get Going thus far. My PT Leon is personable and professional, and made me feel so comfortable from the beginning. I am 71y male, started 2 years ago, and couldn't do any pushups and now can do 3 sets of 10 full push ups in a session.
I am not showing off by saying this but rather very appreciative to Get Going and my PT Cecilia for being so encouraging and helpful.
My fitness and every day strength has improved notably, and I am very pleased that I took on personal training with Get Going PT as Gyms didn't work for me. So for me it was PT or getting weak and pathetic!

My personal trainer is Cecilia. I would highly recommend her! I am not one for exercise but Cecilia makes the training enjoyable. Cecilia is also great at follow ups. Cecilia will check in with me the next day to see how I am and how my food intake is going. Cecilia also checks in pretty much everyday with me. I would not hesitate in recommending Cecilia to my family and friends!

Abbey is just terrific. She is very good at adapting on the fly to change exercises that work with my knee injury. She explains what the exercises work on. She’s very reliable and responsive and follows up diligently. As a result Of working with Abbey, I now exercise habitually 4-5 times a week ! And finally, Abbey’s a very happy and funny woman and her personable approach makes all the difference.

I struggled to stick to regular workouts that I actually enjoyed until I started training with Get Going. My trainer Ash keeps me challenged, is super encouraging and is able to work around any injuries or limits.
