Too big for their own boots

Too big for their own boots

GDM wired our house for Clipsal C-Bus home automation. The initial install went OK but when we needed them to come back and fix things up it typically took 4-5 weeks to get them out onsite. They are obviously moving from Residential work to Commercial and no longer care much about their residential customers.
