The service that Gateway Airport parking offers is fabulous you are pretty much only at the depot dropping your car off for the most 10 minutes then the same at the airport get your bags and as you pretty much wait in the waiting area the bus will turn up great friendly drivers as well who are more than happy to lift our heavy bags

Excellent service, awesome staff! I've always received great value on price however the recent inflation on daily rates may mean others will beat the price, but I'm hoping not!

I thank you for looking after our vehicle during our latest trip away from home. To leave one's car in the care of strangers is a bit nerve wracking, but the staff at Gateway Airport Parking were able to convince me there would be no concerns, and they were right. Thanks for the efficient and swift pick up and delivery bus to the shipping cruise terminal during the wet weekend in October. Next time I travel, I'll be sure to book with you again. I shall also recommend you to friends.

The vehicle is very comfortable, it’s a good servirce and they are fast. I was served for Pat who is a very kind and friendly person, we had a very nice talk I felt pleased with his service.

Used them again last week when we went on a cruise. They make everything so easy - drop off and pick up. Their charges are very reasonable also. They even sent a reminder email two days before our departure. We always park with them and will do so again next March when traveling overseas.

We use them several times annually and would not change as the service is impeccable really.
Our pickup driver on Sunday 10th,was Jake who gave us a friendly welcome back to Australia.

Great service could not fault them . Tony our driver to and from the airport was outstanding. All staff we dealt with were very good .

We have used Gateway Port parking on a number of occasions and they are Always excellent.
We used them on 3rd and 5th from cruise port and then from airport and both times were exceptional.
When coming back into the airport the bus was just pulling out as I was phoning the office. The office guy contacted the bus and he immediately came back around to pick us up. He was so good and cheerfully happy to do that for us.
It makes a big difference to your travel to have this service.
All the office staff are friendly and efficient too.

I have been using gateway airport parking since they first opened their doors many years ago,I have found all staff very helpful and they are a very well organised company nothing is ever to difficult for them. my husband accidently left our duty free shopping behind on the ground and a lovely staff member delivered the parcel to us the next day(she lived out our way lucky for us saved us having to drive back into pick it up.Parking fees are reasonable and it gives you peace of mind to know your vehicle will be there when you return,

Have used this company three times both to the cruise terminal and airport and was very happy with 1-the rates, 2-the service and reliability ,3-had my car detailed and was pleased with the result.

I have used Gateway Airport Parking 5 or 6 times now and am very happy with the service. I travel regularly and always book with Gateway as it is very convenient and much cheaper than parking at the airport. I also had my car washed and serviced on my last visit.

We have used Gateway Airport Parking on a couple of our trips and have them to be well organised and reliable. We will continue to use them and are looking forward to trying their car detailing service from what we have read from other happy customers

Fantastic. Parked here for the first time on a recent trip to Melbourne. The transfers are quick and efficient and the office staff and drivers are very friendly and helpful.
