Chris and Peter you have given us peace of mind from the moment I made contact with you. The fact that we were purchasing a home interstate blind, Peter was so thorough with his report and photography of every detail of the inspection was somthing I did not expect. Not only did we get a good look at the property we also got to see all the hard to get to places through Peters photography. Peter thank you for the re inspection of the pool pump which you so kindly returned to inspect.

Focus was very impressive. They carried out the building inspection in the morning and had the full report sent to my email in the afternoon. The staff are well trained and they gave a detailed feedback after thoroughly assessing the house. Very happy to recommend them.

Building and pest inspection on 2 units in Buderim. Requested the day before and they did it on 23/12.. fantastic. Had phone call from Peter in the afternoon and then full report on email by the end of the afternoon. What service. And I believe one of the cheapest in Buderim. Will use them again. Good old fashioned personal service. A rarity these days.

I was very impressed with Focus. Due to circumstances beyond my control I found myself needing an urgent pest inspection on a property I was due to buy. Chris was really helpful and unbelievably managed to get an inspector out to the property within 2 hours! They even managed to get the report to me a few hours after the inspection took place so that I could meet my deadline. Full home termite inspection. Peter arrived on time, and carried out a thorough inspection with some pretty sophisticated equipment. If there had been any termites present - he would have found them. Good value for money and a great job Peter.
