I booked a holiday in January and paid full fare in cash. A week ago, I went to Flight Centre in Frankston to cancel my trip as I was advised by my doctor that I had breast cancer and gave them a letter stipulating this. I was told that there was a penalty of $1300.00 that I had to pay as a result of the cancellation. This upset me no end. I then receive a call to tell me "sorry, it is $800.00". I am not willing to negotiate any penalty as this is a force majeur that I had nothing to do with.
I find the staff and their attitudes bizarre and deceitful. They have little knowledge about travel and are not willing to help with travel to places they are not familiar with. I regret approaching them and never will again. I have since been told that they have a terrible reputation and that they are not trustworthy. They will hear from my attorney.

Flight centre frankston staff are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you with your travel needs. They go out their way to get the best price on accommodation and flights.

Have used Frankston in the passed quite a few times, staff are pretty good with service but do push a little to change your mind on what you wanted when you walked in, found this invasive. Prices on holidays used to be unbeatable..yet on a last quote was way higher than found else where for same thing.
Thanks for the review, considering using this service but might rethink it now.

Got a free flight thanks to their incompetence. At least they honored their "we'll beat the price or you fly free" slogan, though it did take a bit of effort to get it to happen.
Great experience at flight centre. Customer service was perfect, and the consultants went out of their way to provide us with the best service they could.
My partner and I have been planning our honeymoon for several weeks now and had sourced quotes from independent travel agents as well as other Flight Centre outlets. From all the experiences this was by far the most simplest and friendly of them all. She provided over and above information and made sure we were aware of all things we should know travelling to the area were going to. At no time did I feel rushed, she took her time exploring multiple options which I requested and provided us with concise quotes which were comparitively priced to others. The thing that will win the business in this case is her ease and level of service, would highly recommend if you are from the area to visit this Flight Centre and speak to Halla, shes a gem.
