Terrible service and worse advice. Fitzpatrick Group cost me thousands of dollars with a mistake it took my new accountant less than 5 seconds to recognise. Then they wouldn't return my phone calls. The receptionist now knows my voice and calls me by name. [redacted personal identifier] then has to hide to charge me $1100 for the service that cost me over $2000 to rectify.
