Fantastic Playgrounds

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are a dealer and not a good one. You are better off going directly to the parent company. It has been 4 weeks now and many many emails. I have still not received the complete order. I am still waiting for the correct swing. Despite all the emails I have not even received an apology. Abysmal customer service.

I shopped around for the best prices on Cubbyhouses and came across the Waratah Cubbyhouse it had everything included and to my surprise Fantastic Playgrounds even throw in free accessories, absolute bargain, very happy with the service I received

We purchased one of the Multi Playforts with a slide and rockwall in February for our children, nieces and nephews when they visit us on our farm. The product was installed and delivered by Fantastic Playgrounds and we were so happy to receive $200 worth of free accessories as we had a tight budget and wanted these included. Thank you for providing us with everything we wanted and more, we are very impressed with the pricing and service received and would highly recommend there products to everyone considering to purchase a Playfort.
