Impressive selection of costumes to hire (many with great accessories) as well as to buy. Excellent and enthusiastic customer service. Love the option for costume delivery / pick up and that worked out well for me. I chose Cleopatra and received many compliments. Highly recommend.

Obviously as I'm not a superhero or crime fighting vigilante (I say obviously, but then again I'm not going to admit to this even if I was) I don't usually wear costumes and was a bit "???" about the whole thing - I was told that wearing one was mandatory for an upcoming party. I couldn't have chosen a better place to go. Staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly throughout. Great costume and even a very reasonable fee for it to be couriered back to the shop (which helped after a big hangover). Not every hero wears a cape but if you want a cape (and the rest of the get-up) this is the place to go!

There is an extensive range of beautiful, flattering costumes to choose from, and they come with great accessories. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting options, and have a great sense of fun that contributed to the enjoyment of preparing for my event. The hire cost was good value and the whole process was so easy. I have used Fancy That before and would happily use them again for the next dress-up event.

Brilliant service, great costumes and friendly staff they had everything that I needed. The upstairs section was the best part as it was hand made and the staff were all willing to help.
