Booked in 3 jobs with plumber, electrician and air conditioner technician. Plumber didn't explain his quote at all basically just gave a price to do my 2 jobs. Electrician Joel was really friendly and courteous. Gave a detailed quote and free electrical check. Prices were a bit more expensive than thought so only got one job done. But happy with Joel and his services. Bought a home protection plan then as it gives 15% discount on prices and worked out cheaper to buy that and pay discounted prices than paying the full quoted costs for first 2 jobs. 3rd job was booked in for this Wednesday between 8-12 but didn't show up and no contact made. After contacting the call centre I was advised that they couldn't see my job on the computer. I said I booked in 3 jobs at the same time. They said somehow it had been lost off the computer and they could send someone out Saturday. After already wasting a whole day waiting I said no thanks. Got another call 5 mins later saying they might be able to send someone out that afternoon. Not convenient for me so I said no thanks, I'll get someone else to do it. Did not seem at all bothered they were losing business and no compensation offered at all. And that was even being a member of their protection plan. Won't be using Fallon again for future jobs!

I use Fallon for all my plumbing. I really like their pricing structure which is fixed for an outcall which includes the first 15 mins, and then they charge by 15 min blocks plus materials. It's not cheap, but there is certainty on how much I pay and I find their contractors to know what they are doing. They also can be booked easily and show up on time... Can't ask for more than that from a tradie!

Very helpful, on time, knowledgeable and sorted the problem on the spot. Job was expensive but they had to replace the tap ware. Plus did a second job with the air conditioner and this was reasonably priced and quick. Again sorted the problem straight away and knew what they were doing

The guys from Falcon attended the morning we rang sorted the problem worked with energx and several of out tenants. My buisness partner had a neighbouring shed identical to mine he employed a diffrent contractor while there worker was cheaper the workmanship was awful, even the tenants in my complex could see the diffrence - I can not speak highly enough of the whole experience , price is not the only cost especially when your dealing with commercial property - thanks again Vern Knight ( narangba )

I used Fallon's Handyman service and had Wayne Weldon complete the list of work I needed to have done extremely professionally and competently. He arrived ontime, did the work, cleaned up, and was very pleasant to have in my home. I will be calling again when I have the next "list" sorted. Many thanks :-)

I have used Fallon Electrical and Plumbing on a few occasions and they are always great, easy to book, tradesmen actually turn up on time, highly recommend.

My hot water system needed replacing and after completing several online forms for quotations, Fallon was one of the first to reply (I didnot even hear from some of the other companies). The quote was I was given was fairly transparent with additional cost clearly listed. The plumber arrived on time and cleaned up after himself. After he left the electrician arrived shortly so it was well co-ordinated.

I have used Fallon services twice now and both times their service guy has arrived on time and fixed the problems (first time a washing machine, second time running a cable for the tv). Both guys were helpful and explained what work was required. Thankyou to their customer service who co-ordinated the call outs to fit in with my availability. I'll be using Fallon's again and would recommend them.
