Avoid this company like the plague! Ordered a bed frame only to receive it with missing parts. After weeks of asking for the replacement parts to be dispatched with no luck, we finally then turned around and asked them to arrange a return for a full refund. We politely asked them to provide us with packaging as we threw the packaging out since it was bin collection day the weekend we moved into our new home. Little did we know, we were in for the run around - this company has been nothing but troubles to deal with, and have been highly unprofessional in their correspondence. If you're planning to shop here, think twice. We should've spent a little bit extra and purchased from a more reputable online retailer. Their online reviews clearly show their lack of service, and they have been doing this for YEARS - look at Whirlpool threads, too. Their actions are nothing but shady. If you're getting a great bargain, think again, as if you have a problem, good luck having it remedied.

I bought a pair of headphones from this site, a choice of white or black, I even emailed them before to confirm if they had black available before I placed my order. After placing the order a 2 week wait for delivery I receive white headphones which I specifically noted I did not want. After multiple emails and even phone calls (I found their number through web search) they kept refusing to accept my request to return the goods or have them changed to the correct colour. I couldn't even speak to a manager or get his number. Eventually I gave up. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would recommend not to buy from this website as if anything goes wrong they will do nothing to help. Even if prices are good, you're better off shopping elsewhere.
