I am so glad that I found Allan Pearson and EZ Finance. As a 59 year old woman and a sole trader the traditional avenues for mortgage finance for me were not open as options. I phoned him and he was so easy to talk to and understood my predicament and methodically helped me to put together all the necessary documentation I needed for my loan without it being overwhelming. Allan helped me in every way needed to find the right property and mortgage for my particular situation. He was very helpful every step of the way even after the mortgage was approved and when I got my keys at settlement - and what a happy day that was! I would recommend Allan from EZFinance because he took the time to listen to me and what i wanted. He heard my uncertainty about buying a new house and recommended that in our situation we pursue a P&I Term Loan with a 100% offset facility for our savings. So now instead of paying tax on our interest, we save interest on our home loan and by paying our normal repayment we will pay off our home loan in just 5 to 7 years. Thank you for your great advice.
