Product was as described . Delivery took a little longer than scheduled due to the Startrak Courier being slow. The package had instruction on it that signature on delivery was essential. I was home and on hearing the buzzer went straight out to find the package thrown over the gate. Wallet cover for my Samsung phone was available through Exceltek when Samsung could not even give a date for the item to be
in stock at their local store. Exceltek was excellent. Startrak not as good as expected.
Unfortunately this purchase turned sour very quickly when the Brand New Samsung S7 I ordered arrived only to find the seal had been damaged and opened. When I queried them they said that a replacement couldn't be shipped as new stock wasn't arriving for weeks (even though their website said it was in stock). A $20 compensation was offered with just an attitude that felt like 'just deal with it, the damage is because of the box design"!. I'd recommend being careful when dealing with these guys.

I purchased a battery for my Samsung phone, when it arrived it was too big to fit. I contacted Exeltek Solutions and offered to pay all transport costs and any battery costs involved.
I have contacted them twice and have received no response.
Wasted money on a battery that doesn't fit.
Fantastic product but was out of stock when I ordered would have liked to know when I placed the order. Great phone would recommend to older persons who just want a phone without all the bells & whistles

Ordered on line in the morning. Got an e-mail almost straight away to advise the colour I had chosen was out of stock and new supplies would be in by the end of the following week. However they did have 2 other colours in stock and available and if I wanted, I could choose one of those colours instead.
I did and I received them the next afternoon!!
