The owner is a typical salesman, he came out to give me a quote but sent in-experienced guys that didn't believe in quality work or finish. They obviously didn't like taking instructions from the owner either. They couldn't read plans off the kitchen or bathrooms company, they forgot to add plumbing in the laundry. Came back twice but still didn't get it right. Eventually the owner came out to try and rectify the issue and wouldn't admit that it was their fault. Be careful when chosing a plumber and make sure that you get at least 3 references before you make up your mind.
