I've been seeing Josh from Element for PT to help with weight loss. He is an understanding and encouraging PT, who knows when to be supportive and when to push me to be better. His skills and knowledge on not just exercise but nutrition and even well-being have been just what I needed to keep going. His prices are reasonable and he works with you to get what you want from your overall goals and each session.

My experience training with Element Wellbeing has been very exciting. Josh, the personal trainer, was very professional and the workout we did was fantastic and very enjoyable with the added benefit of being able to come out to my home. He was even able to set out a training program for me for the days between our sessions which was very helpful. He was also able to give me nutrition advice and even gave me a few recipes to try out!
If anyone is interested in personal training in the Maitland area or nutritional advice I highly recommend you try out Element Wellbeing!

I was more than impressed with Joshua's knowledge of nutrition and his coaching techniques were superb. The workout was challenging and fun and I'm actually excited to attend further sessions.
