Contours Maitland is where I workout 4-5 times per week. The owner, Sue, and her staff are friendly, helpful and motivational. The Contours Challenge comp that is run periodically is a great experience.

The ladies there are so friendly and willing to give you the support you need when you need it. They make going to the gym an enjoyable experience for me. Doing the 6 week challenge is not a difficult as I thought.
