Chris arrived promptly and quickly found the problem with our external downlight which required a new transformer. The transformer was replaced without fuss and at a very good price. Chris was very helpful and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to used him again or recommend to others.

Chris installed a new condensate pump in a split AC. He. arrived on time!! The job was done perfectly and the price was great. Will definitely be using these guys again.

I needed installation of an external power point, fix a light fitting and wire & install a heat/light fan to the bathroom. Chris helped me out. He was great, easy to talk to, fast efficient and a clean and tidy worker. He is a quality tradesman that I would happily engage for any future electrical work.

The most reliable and hard working contractors I've ever hired. I ran into huge problems with an old second hand split system aircon, and the guys from electro boy worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to make sure we got our aircon up and running for our new baby. Absolutely dependable and top notch work, I can't recommend them higher.

I had Chris and Troy replace a reverse cycle ducted aircon that had reached the end of its life. They encountered a range of problems because a sales rep failed to take proper measurements, ordered the wrong parts and grossly underestimated the size and difficulty of the job. Despite this they persevered and to my amazement finished the job. They were professional, kept me informed the whole way and worked tirelessly for 11 hours. The heat, conditions and difficulties they endured never swayed their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. These guys are second to none. Electroboy will get all my business in future and be recommended to anyone in need of the services they provide. Absolutely outstanding.

Chris and Tom did an excellent job fixing an existing outside air-con unit to the wall on brackets. Both professional and friendly, job was done better than expected.

Our power went out and Chris answered our call at 8pm and was over quickly. He figured out our problem which ended up being a Western Power fault and Chris organised them to come out and stayed till they came to explain to them and hand over. A big job and very professional from start providing information, support, quote, to an excellent and quick job done and a very pleasing result with all now working perfectly. Will definitely use them for all future electrical work.

I've had the guys in to do a few jobs - replacing an old split system aircon, running some new wiring, installing a new bathroom heater etc. They always came up with good ideas, did good work, were tidy, efficient and friendly. Will use them again.

Came same day as my telephone call to them and had 2 new powerpoints installed (1 in garage and 1 waterproof one for my new electric HWS. Also had 3 light sockets repaired/replaced. I was more than happy with the work/service done and pleasantly surprised by the rates. I would use again and recommend them to anyone wanting good services/charges.

2 days ago I called these guys to get a quote to install new down lights in my home. Within half an hour I had received the quote which was much cheaper than anyone else I had called. they also informed me they had a good supplier who could get good quality fittings at a good price and true to there word they look great. I was also told by other electrical companies that I would need to wait a week before the job could be done. Electro boy were here the following morning to carry out the job.

We had a large amount ($2500) of retro-fitting work done to our house, including new lights, fans, power points and data connections.

Electro Boy were the first to provide a quote, and their price was very reasonable. We had one much lower quote (which we avoided) and 2 others that were a fair bit more.

The work was done fairly quickly in a reasonable time frame.

The best thing about Mat and Tom were that they were very easy to talk to and deal with. In any large job there are bound to be some minor issues or things that don't quite go as expected. Mat and Tom were happy to discuss these and sort them out without trying to weasel out of anything.

There were a few things they had to come back and fix (faulty network points, fan switches installed the wrong way) and it did take them a while to do this. Plus they claimed a fan was faulty and missing parts but it turned out to be installed incorrectly. Thankfully though they did the right thing and covered the bill from the manufacturer's electrician.

When it came to the the final bill they stuck to the price they had quoted. We had asked for some additional items along the way and Mat was easy to negotiate with (without getting narky) so that we were both happy with the cost for the extras.

After renovating our house we have dealt with some very annoying tradies so dealing with Electro Boy was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.
