Efficient air heating and cooling, emerald vic
The staff at Efficient Air in Emerald are excellent to work with. They are friendly, knowledgeable and appointment days and times are kept. We replaced our old split system with a new one and were guided along the way for the best option for us. The contractors were friendly and courteous and did a fantastic job. Thanks again Everyone at Efficient Air.
Efficient air were seamless,excellent from start to finish. I had a split system installed in my lounge.Excellent customer service and tradesman.Tradesman left the place how they found it. Spotless. Another company wanted me to upgrade my power board saying it was full.They offered no other solutions.The tradesman Efficent air sent out for inspection said no problem we can move this here to make room for the split system. Saved me a lot of money.Very happy customer and would highly recommend this company. Look forward to using my unit now which will cut my energy bills down. Thank you.
After a power cut our heating broke down. Richard from Efficient Air in Emerald turned up within the hour. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He had our heating back on in no time, would recommend him and the company without hesitation.

We've just had 4 Daikin reverse cycle split AC systems installed by Efficient Air Heating & Air - Conditioning & WOW - great value for money ... even better service. I've worked with a heap of tradies on a lot of construction sites. The crew from Efficient Air are right up there with the best: polite, respectful, tidy & skilled. We barely knew they were there. Excellent service from the beginning to end. Sales, admin and trades very professional and great to deal with. Good price and fantastic product. Split system and heat transfer system installed, works and looks great! Winter and summer will be very comfy from now on.

I have used the company before and was very impressed, so had no hesitation in accepting a quote for purchase and installation of three reverse cycle air-conditioners. I didn't have to wait too long for the work to be scheduled; I was expecting a delay given the time of year was approaching summer, with warm weather already experienced. The work was completed in one day, with no mess left behind.

These guys were super friendly, answered all our questions (and those of our little boy). They put in extra effort with no dramas to make sure things were the way we really wanted. Thanks heaps guys!
These guys are excellent, they know exactly what they are doing, cleaned up everything, there advice is excellent, workers are very friendly. If you're looking for a friendly, local quote or the very best workmanship I've seen, I could not recommend Jason high enough. Thanks guys.

We had Efficient Air install our evaporative air and I found their service to be brilliant. Jason spent ages at our house quoting both cooling and heating and then when the installers came out they could have been more efficient and friendly, and the follow up has been fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs heating or cooling in their home.

Was given Jason's name after our ducted heating system broke down (30yr old unit). Efficient Air, gave us a quote which turned out the best of 3, and were very detailed in their appraisal of the job. They changed the heating system over, did some extra ducts inc some hard to reach positions, and also installed a "smart" Nest Thermometer which we'd purchased before but had found it hard to find anyone to install. The Thermometer gave some problems syncing initially and they came out twice more without charge to get it setup and working well. Very impressed with the work and attention to detail. Also if anyone has been finding it hard to find someone to install a Nest Thermometer give these guys a shout.
Our house was freezing last year so I figured it was time to do something about it. After choosing to go local, I discovered Efficient Air. Jason came out and discussed the pros and cons of a few different options for our house (which is 3 storeys and hard to heat!), and provided a detailed quote on the spot. In the end we went with a ducted system, and oh my god, the difference!!! The entire house literally warms up in 5 minutes. Jason provided great advice, the unit was installed within 2 weeks of quoting and it only took one day to complete the installation. Great price and speedy service - would definitely recommend to those in the Hills!
Jason and his team were honest, professional, friendly and customer driven to deliver. No question was to silly and he and his team made us feel confident we were dealing with trustworthy people. With his expertise and no-nonsense approach, he was able to overcome a particularly challenging installation to my premises. His price was fair and reasonable. He even came in under his own initial quote which is a nice change from companies that usually overcharge and pocket the difference.

I had a problem with my ducted heating and called Jason to find out whether he was able to have a look. He called me back straight away to explain that he mostly installs heating equipment rather than servicing it, but he gave me a recommendation for a local company (Simkat Gas Service) who were able to help. Jason also gave me information about costs of new systems in the event that mine couldn't be repaired. I appreciate that he took the time to call back and gave me a reliable referral.

Replacement of external gas heater and all duct pipes. Jason's quote was very competitive. He inspection of the old unit and pipes was very thorough compared to some of the other companies' reps. who visited and gave quotes. The work was undertaken on the date scheduled and completed within 7 hours of arrival of his two employees, who also removed the old unit and pipes and all rubbish. I am very happy with the new system. I heartily recommend Jason's company- I have no connection other than as an extremely satisfied customer.

Replacement of ducted heating system, and an air conditioning system added on. From the first initial visit we were given,all alternatives, our questions answered and our quote was very competitive. The work was completed within two days by efficient,polite staff, the worksite was left clean and all rubbish removed. The new system is quiet,running well on both heating and cooling options.
Arrived home late on a 37 degree day and the cooling wasn't working, I rang Efficient Air after hours (they installed our ducted heating a couple of years ago) and was expecting a couple of days before a serviceman could come out. Well to my dismay, Jason assured me he would have someone there at 8:00am the next morning, true to his word 2 of his team arrived at 8:00am fixed the problem and I was back up and running, that quickly. I would like to say thank you for a very professional and affordable service and would highly recommend Efficient Air for installations and service work.
