The doctors at Eastbound are professional, caring and extremely thorough. Great with kids. Highly recommend

I would recommend Eastbound Medical any day as they have a group of doctors that are very experienced not only as a GP but are qualified in other areas of medical problems.

Have been a patient with Eastbound since 1960 and throughout those years, I have found the doctors very caring and professional. It is good to know that at time of need, there is a doctor there who you can rely upon to get the best possible treatment in a caring environment.

Having been a patient since the days of Redford Wright-Smith and Kevin Green from 1967 until Dr Alan Molloy until recently, when I moved to Aspendale Gardens, I have always been treated with courtesy, knowledge, empathy and skill in all my problems over the years. A s my daughter still attends the Clinic with DR.Rhodes as her GP
I often accompany her to appointments as an interpreter as she is deaf. From the counter staff and the Nursing staff i receive the same courteous service that I have enjoyed since the 60's, until now. Yours faithfully, Judy Lloyd

As a chronic care patient i see Melanie Golby-Ford every six months. She is a beautiful caring human being. Melanie takes the time to find out about the individual as a person, what works and doesn't work for you. She prompts you with things that either could be related to your condition/health or things to consider doing and offers possible solutions/options. Melanie is a great asset to the Eastbound team. I have been a patient of this clinic for over 20 years and and have found all the doctors nurses and staff very professional and always very approachable with all my concerns . I always feel totally at ease and always well looked after . I highly recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

I have found all doctors of the clinic very professional and up to date on all general practice issues. I have previously worked with some of these doctors and I was impressed with their knowledge and bedside manners. My whole family have been patients of this clinic.
My only complaint is the fact that when you ring the clinic you will always be put on hold immediately that they pick up the phone. This practice has been happening for many, many years.

Absolutely. Appointment scheduler on-line is user friendly, front desk staff are delightful and all practitioners I have seen are very detail oriented and a real sense of care.
