I am a new home owner with a huge draining issue. from the moment James walked in and diagnosed the problem I felt at ease that the problem would be resolved. Today James and Josh did the relining work and they were nothing short of a professional power team. They arrived on time, explained the issue and the resolution and carried out the work in a timely and professional manner. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks for fixing my drain without digging up my lounge room!

This is the second time I have used DRAINPRO directly and on both occasions they have been absolutely superb from the time Jim took my call, as usual, to the arrival of Jaimes impeccably on time and as planned, to the completion of the job and the additional support provided by Jaimes, all I can say is that DRAINPRO is in a league of their own in every respect of their work. Excellent service from Drainpro to book a time at very short notice and from Jaimes who arrived to complete the job. Jaimes arrived on-time and was very professional/helpful in his dealings, explaining the various steps we has taking to try and fix the issue and being very thorough in diagnosing the cause of the blockage. The various photos, report and quote came through promptly. Given Drainpro specialise in this work - James had all the necessary equipment and plenty of experience/knowledge to draw on.....it was a far better experience to engage a company who specialises in this work.

Through my 40 plus years in business I have engaged hundreds of tradesmen and many plumbing companies. Drainpro is by far the best outfit with a can-do attitude second to none. They know their business and are tireless in accomplishing a successful outcome. Their attention to detail, cleanliness and respect for my property was amazing. Using a variety of up to date equipment and a lot of hard physical effort during very hot days my storm water drains, sections of which were completely blocked from before I bought my home, were cleared, new pits were installed to prevent future blockages and assist with water discharge. Their prices were extremely reasonable. I believe I have improved my property and received great value in the process. I have also engaged their services to install an internal storm water pipe membrane to both of my storm water drains to stop future root incursions. I entrusted Drainpro with my problem and they have come through with flying colours for me. I am very grateful. This is the first time I have had to call somebody to deal with my drains and I came across Drainpro on Google and checked the wonderful reviews here and I am happy to say they are 100% accurate!
Within 1.5 hours of calling I had Jaimes on site right at the time he said he would be here. What a professional, friendly, knowledgeable guy who very much loves what he does! Drainpro work on fixed pricing so within 5 mins of being on site I knew what it could cost me ($585). My sewage issue was more challenging than expected but that didn’t deter Jaimes who worked diligently for 2 hours to unblock the drain and double check with a camera that it was indeed cleared. Highly recommended!

Drainpro were outstanding in identifying root cause, customer communications and issue remediation. Following years of a flooded basement and ‘quick fixes’ I contacted Drainpro and found them to be exceptional. Jaimes found the root cause through his technical know-how, questioning and logic. He used his advanced tools (drain camera, high pressure extraction) etc together with his high level plumbing know-how and addressed and resolved the issue. He kept me informed all the way and explained cause, options and costs clearly. Awesome service! Cleared 150-180 feet of rooted sewer line with camera so we had proof-positive not only of the roots that existed but also being shredded and carried thru to mains. About 2 hours and $585. We had Nick as our operator and he was just the best. Very friendly and professional. Some points to think about.
1./ Hydrojetting is the Gold standard for drain clearing.
2./ Drain-clearing specialists are way better than ordinary plumbers. You don't get a GP to do brain surgery.
3./ Must use camera to see where the problems are.
4./ Watch DrainAddict or Penetrator on YouTube to know what I am talking about. Drainpro equipment is identical.
Very impressed.

I called a plumber in for a blocked sewer and they came out with a Hydrajet, with a bullet fitting, but not camera and after an hour got nowhere, however tried charging $396 for the privilege and suggesting we start digging up the ground.
I then found DrainPro who sent Nick. He was great and had the right equipment. He cleared the blockage and cleaned 40m of sewer pipe completely clean of small roots which were getting through old terracotta join cracks. A brilliant service executed by a top bloke. Highly recommended.

The service we received from Drainpro was outstanding, right from our first contact. Our storm water drains were blocked which caused flooding in our back yard during heavy rain. Drainpro came round and I quickly realised these guys are true experts. Tree roots & debris were systematically removed from our 40 year old drains using their specialist equipment. In the end we had clean drains and no more stress. Job well done guys.

I would like to wholeheartedly recommend Drainpro. Owning a very old house surrounded by established trees, resolving sewerage and stormwater pipe issues has been inevitable.

I have now used their services on several occasions to both clear and repair pipes. The most recent being just prior to this review to resolve four issues with our stormwater. This required replacing sections of terracotta pipes with PVC and replacing sections of PVC that had been crushed by tree roots.

On a previous occasion they replaced a collapsed PVC/terracotta junction in our main sewerage line that another specialist drainage company had not bought to my attention during their inspection and clearing work. Unlike the other company, and even though Drainpro perform pipe relining, they advised against that course of action due to potential risks and explained an alternative positive cost/benefit scenario involving repairing the junction.

Something that sets Drainpro apart from many other trades I have engaged is how cleanly they conduct their work. Despite extensive digging, all worksite reinstatement has been beyond my expectation, including brick paved areas during the latest works.

Drainpro are reliable and everyone who has worked at our house has been friendly and consultative. I’m someone who understands that sometimes surprises are discovered that could not possibly have been anticipated in a quote and that cost variation can be necessary. So far, all Drainpro’s work for us has not required a single variation and I consider their costs reasonable and certainly justified when the quality and care factor are evident.

What we thought was just a routine call-out to address tree roots blocking our sewer outlet turned out to be much more. Using his expert knowledge and Drainpro’s state of the art camera system, Nick was able to locate and diagnose a much bigger problem - a collapsed boundary trap, almost 3m below ground level. Nick was very patient taking the time to make sure I clearly understood the cause and what was required to resolve the issue.

We were provided with a fixed-price quote for the works to replace the collapsed boundary trap, and both Nick and Jim were very responsive to answer my questions and to put my mind at ease. The team went above and beyond our expectations during the works, providing us with daily updates and a video to document the progress of the works (while we were interstate on holiday), and taking pride and care to leave a very tidy area upon completion of the works.

We had a a very positive experience with Drainpro. The result was excellent, the service was amazing, and the fixed-price quote gave us peace of mind. You can trust Drainpro for all your drainage and sewer needs - you will not be disappointed!

We had Jim come to our unit at a Retirement Village where we have had two other companies come to repair a cracked pipe which allowed tree roots to enter and block the toilet. Unfortunately they didn't repair the problem and ended up having to call this company and it has been fixed with a 50 year Warranty.
Jim was a very pleasant person, knew exactly what was wrong and resolved the problem.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anybody else that has this problem and if I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would do so.

Affordable call out/quoting fee. Unfortunately the quoted prices was really high. For me $500 to remove a small amount of roots from scrubs in sewage pipe is costly especially when they said it would take them 1hr. They supposedly have fixed prices but will not tell you what they are until they have checked onsite. I ended up buying some rubber gloves and pulled the roots out myself. Next time I would go with someone who quotes based on work required instead of pretending to have fixed pricing. (PS check out their website they have lots of 5 stars reviews which is most likely because the review input form does not even allow you to nominate the number of stars)

I cannot speak highly enough of the DrainPro team, right from my initial phone call to job end. Nick was sooooo efficient, professional, knowledgeable and extremely polite. He pin pointed the problem and explained the situation very clearly to me.

I can not speak highly enough of the service I received from Drainpro. From the first phone call, they were so polite and attentive. The plumber was very professional and efficient in every way. The team at Drainpro had literally turned our very stressful and potentially disastrous blocked sewer problem to a relatively pain free experience today. Nick turned up on time and within 2 hours of my call. Our job wasn’t a straight forward one, Nick was methodical and professional, his experience helped him to trouble-shoot and found the best way to fix the blockage. I very highly recommend Drainpro. They are a extremely professional, very diligent and very courteous . Today being 15th March 2022, Drainpro arrived on time and removed alot of tree roots in the sewer. I was informed every step of the way regarding this problem and viewed the removal of the tree roots. Drainpro do have all the tools and experience to get the job done right the first time for a very fair price.
