Doveton Glass

We have used Doveton Glass several times. Reliable, honest, always turn up when expected. Their staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to go that little bit extra to make sure we're happy with the job. We would not use any other glass company now they are always at the top of our list. Could not recommend highly enough.

Contacted them over the Christmas break and as soon as they were back at work they came out to measure and quote on my glass pool fence panel that had shattered
Came back to install today

Excellent service, price and communication.

Great communication to get a quote for a non urgent repair. They were out for the job within a week and replaced the broken window quickly and with very little paint touch up required afterwards. 100% would use again, but hope I don't need to.

Doveton glass are very professional and prompt very helpful in an emergency they just go that little extra for you and the staff are great . I have used them a couple of times and have been very happy. Highly recommend them .

These ladies & gentlemen replaced glass for 4 difficult steel frame windows, One safety glass.
Followed a 3 step process to treat rust and finished of with putty work only a skilled craftsmen could achieve. Was the best quote and definitely value for money.
I would like to see them prosper.

After jamming the dogs tail in the screen door and in his panic knocked ceramic vase into side glass panel, I emailed Doveton Glass, approx quote was done there and then, service was dealt fast and efficient, booked day for glass replacement, they confirmed the day before and were at our place on time, not that I want to continually break glass, but would certainly call them again.

Lo and behold, there I was drunken and in lockdown, when I managed to fall over my own foot and crack a large panel of glass from a sliding door.
Kym, Chris and James were a beacon of light, quoting me 3 times less than the more known competitor, and still the same great quality glass. Given that I’m a single parent, of course I happily jumped on this like a fat dude eating cake, with a stern reminder never to drunkenly trip into a window again…..

I have not used the service yet but have received a quote. They are extremely polite and helpful. They do not turn down anyone and stays up to their promise. Not to forget their price is the best and cheapest. Hope it continues to serve the community. So, definitely recommend it to anyone.
