We have recently boarded our 10 month old Cavoodle pup with Dog Carers Australia.
We were advised by Belinda and Bree to have a trial night with them which was offered at half the usual rate.
We found both Belinda and Bree to be genuine animal lovers. the facilities to be very clean and the other dogs on the property happy and well cared for.
Charlie has since stayed a further five nights since the initial trial. He was returned to us happy, healthy. and he had even been bathed and clipped. I am very happy to reccommend this service to other dog owners. We have already booked charlie in for a stay over the Christmas break. Many thanks to both Belinda and Bree

Our Sonny loves Dog Carers Australia. We can't recommend them enough! Sonny loves getting his wash there and loves play time with the other dogs. Scott is easy to deal with and we have nothing but positive things to say about the rest of the team.

My dog is usually scared of strangers and I've tried taking him to groomers before where he hasn't let them near him but these guys were great. My dog felt totally comfortable and they did an excellent job on his hair cut and grooming. I'm regular customer and highly recommend Dog carers Australia to everyone. They are friendly, polite and so dedicated to their works. All my family are satisfied with Mikey's look every time since his grooming done. He just looks never cuter than before and smell nice for the following days. Their prices are affordable and competitive compare to others, but apparently I think they did a way better jobs than other dog grooming service.

Belinda, Bree and Scott have been extremely polite and friendly while accepting our request for our dog's grooming needs.
Waiting time for an appointment is not long.
Our dog is a rescue dog and was quite scared of people when we got him but he is always happy when he comes back after his grooming. It seems that he's had a comfortable time at Dog carers.

Due to mishap with Australia Post, my initial parcel failed to arrive. However, when I raised my concern with Belinda from Dog Carers Australia, she apologised profusely and resent the parcel with no questions asked. Very trusting and professional business. My baby pooch, Mason, LOVES going to see Bree for a groom and equally loves staying with Scott and Bree for extended stays - I trust them so much I left him with them for 6 weeks! They are the best by far in their field.

They are good. They provide Good Service. My dog is always happy when he goes there. They do the grooming for my dog and I have now taken him there three times.
The staff are very friendly and i have referred my sisters dog here too (they now go there together).

Had cookie with them in boarding for around a month. Gr8 service. Gr8 ppl. Cookie enjoyed his stay so much that he didnt want to come back. Very reasonable rates. Clean place. Thanks a lot guys.

I have been to several dog groomers with our dog and since we have been using Dog Carer's Australia, Bobby (our dog) has been very well looked after. He has come home looking very trim and smelling very nice. Bree (the lady who did the grooming) looks after the dogs like they are her own. I think the service is absolutely superior and the price is also good.

My dog Angel had the pleasure of being groomed by Bree at Dog Carers Australia and loved every minute of it. She came home Happy and smelt divine. I will be taking my dog Angel back for her next grooming to see Bree. I highly recommend this place to anyone with fur babies. thank you Bree :-)

dog carers Australia is best value for having the needs of your pet dog met. i travel from penrith to vela krone for their services as i believe they are that good. the best part is the loyalty reward card program. every five trims you receive a fifty per cent discount! this is fabulous and helps me out a great deal. they are open on weekends which is also a massive bonus so its easier to work around my other employment obligations. finally Bree does a fantastic job with the pupps they look great, they're happy and she treats them like as if the dogs were her own. the groomer is clearly doing the job for the live of it. i have been to at least three other groomers and this one beats them all by a country mile!!!!

My dog honey always looks beautiful after being groomed by Bree the head groomer. She always smells lovely and feels beautiful and soft. The products they recommend Like Nootie Shampoo and Spritz is great for grooming them at home. I tell all my friends to go this dog groomer.

Home operation with a good setup. Good prices. Staff asked lots of questions about what i wanted. they pick up and deliver for an extra $15. also no holding prices, if you have to go to work, you can pick up on the way home.Very pretty puppy dog on pick. Will definitely use again.
