Michael and Luke did a great job onsite, were clean, professional and thorough. And dealing with Sally at the office was easy and prompt in terms of replies and reminders. Highly recommend - very happy to use these guys again. Job: install new power point, install dimmer and replace an end of life smoke detector. Responsive and professional. Given a quote up front. Good communication. Electrician on time, polite, explained everything and cleaned up. Small issue with the height of the outdoor light I had chosen (online) and had expressed concerns pre service, but was assured shouldn’t be an issue and if was, should be able to amend. Did end up being too high but the electrician was able to modify it by removing the top spike, and I was happy with that. Alternative would have resulted in a bit more work and extra cost. Might be an issue for some as it changed the look of the product, so ensure alternate plan before service. Thanks Alex and Direct Point Electrical.

Direct Point Electrical are always prompt with communication, quotes and work. They arrive when they sat they will, clean up after themselves and do an excellent job. We've had Direct Point out to our house to do several things, and have never had any complaints!! Great service and great prices!

I recommend Direct Point Electrical for time efficiency and friendly service. Daniel was prompt and polite, even when I asked him to look at a few other jobs for me (he fixed the original problem in under 5 minutes). Nothing was too much trouble.

Good service and fast response. From the fee proposal to the job completed all completed within one week. The clean up is good and no rubbish left behind. I am happy to use them again without compare to other company.

Instillation of split system into a third floor unit. Highly professional service in relation to advise as to what we needed and the actual instillation. Would recommend Dean for any electrical work you require.
