friendly staff , new gadgets ,prices are good , nice location , staff has good knowledge ,good place to shop

We went on the boxing day sales, and were trying to bata some prices but some of the staff were a bit rude, overall tho we were very happy with our purchases and the assistance given to answer our questions

Dick Smith have lots of products that allow you to choose from but they sometimes lack experience in their staff and also would like to see better prices in there stores.

I find they have lots of products available and the service can be quite good here. They always have great catalogue specials and you can usually get a better price!

I have bought a lcd tv when the item is on special price. I have very happy with the price but have to pay cash. the serived is quite good. overall,great place, nice big range of stuff to buy, especially the TV's and other electronics.
