Friendly, informative staff, wide range of products, relatively low prices, well laid out and signed store. You are able to haggle for the lowest price, or ask discount for bulk buying.

we bought a hard drive for my father-in-law. the guy working there was very helpful. he explained to us which product is better and why. at the end we asked if they could do a better price to the product we wanted. they did give us a better price. so we bought it.

Have brought a few items here, all great products, with great customer service by knowledgeable staff who were able to answer any questions I had. Good value for money, everything still works today. And easily accessible being in a shopping centre.
