DearSir/Madam,
Dave O'Loughlin came to my property (after storms in February this year) to determine why I had extensive leaks in my house and what needs to be done so that any future storms (like in Feb of this year); will not result in more house leaks.

Dave found there were problems with the box gutter on the side of my house. I am in the process of organising to have work done on my roof and Dave has spoken to me several times on the phone (including the weekend!!) to help me understand the issues with the box gutter and the correct way to fix the problem! He even spoke to the tradesmen who came to inspect my roof/box gutter!

I'd like you to know how grateful I am for Dave's ongoing assistance in this matter. He's a wonderful asset to your company. Please thank him again on my behalf!

Hello,
I just wanted to five feedback re the tradesman, Hunter, who came to fix my skylight and replace roof tiles today.
He was excellent.
Hunter arrived right on time, was so careful and respectful of our home and cleaned up fully after the job. He is a polite young man and I would recommend him to anyone that needed roofing work.

DONT RECOMMEND. Their guarantee is worthless and customer service is rude. I had maintenance done and they created a new problem. Then I had a possum get in because they didn't secure the roof. They could have been reasonable but not. Once they have your money they won't follow up
