I have a property which I plan to develop and Matt has helped prepare documentation and provide advice with regard to a preliminary meeting with council for DA. He told nearly a year and still had not completed what he promised would be done in 3 months. He provided poor advice, did not consult with local council which has cost thousands of dollars in consultant fees that were unnecessary. As project manager he did not direct the consultants correctly or follow them up to finish work in a timely manner. He gives the impression that he is head of a firm with a number of staff but it appears that he and his wife work in the business.
