Don't listen to the negative reviews! I can't think why anyone would have a bad word to say about this spa.

I never write reviews but this time I felt like they deserved it.

I was called from Deaura for a free facial, this was a surprise as I hadn't heard of them before but one of my friends who is a client of theirs put my name and number down (lucky me!!)
Amazing experience, wonderful staff and beauticians who were so professional.
They gave me a lovely FREE facial and showed me all of deauras products, unfortunately I cannot purchase the products at this time but they didn't pressure me in anyway.
When my financial situation is better I WILL be back and can't wait to become one of their clients :)
Thanks Deaura!

Went to clinic yesterday (9/5/15) to have my first complimentary facial treatment, truly what a great opportunity, they say nothing is for free and surely i was a bit curious as to whether it was legit.

Ended up being a really good start to my Mothers day weekend, bought 2 package treatments which I am really excited to start, included a chocolate body wrap - sounds insane but really wonderful.

I noticed my skin condition was healing itself, what was even more of a delight is that my husband wanted to buy another package for a mothers day gift. So i will be back there soon to purchase another.

I really do urge those people with bad skin conditions to try this product, your skin might be sensitive but this product is full of organic ingredients.

PS. NOT A SCAM.

Dear Oliviab317, thank you for choosing to use our products!

Was called up saying a friend had nominated me for this facial. I must be honest, beauty products has not been something i purchase on a weekly basis like other women. I have even have friends like myself who really are not bothered by what society thinks of how we look. the process of growing old is normal.

I decided i would try out the facial despite all the negative remarks from below, i wanted to find out what all the negativity was about for myself. yes, I am taking the time out of my day to explain this cause some people dont like to think nor experience things for themselves.

And I have been to this salon/clinic. By the way, it was amazing - the products are legitimately wonderful, though the prices are a bit out of my availability at the time, they really helped to understand more of skin condition during the skin analysis.
I have eczema - not rare, but not as extreme like other cases.

I will be going back, I will be making my husband purchase the products as i really see a nice difference in skin rather than the normal rubbish of cosmetics which does nothing but make my skin flare and extremely irritating.

Dear Charlottep578, thank you for your positive review. Smart people say - negativity is spreading like a disease and it is obvious in all areas of our life. Fortunately there are people like you out there, who don't feel shy to give positive feedback as opposed to constantly being busy with complaining about everything and forgetting to look after themselves! We look forward to seeing you again soon.

I do not usually write reviews but absolutely had to after experiencing the extremely sly manipulation of this organisation. I can see there are many people from the comments exposing this very unethical business.

I was called by Deaura to say I had won a free 1.5 hour facial after a friend had recommended me, this made me listen as a friend had been the instigator. I asked whom the friend was and was put on hold for a while then told they couldn't find the paper work. I asked "whats the catch" and was told nothing, it is a completely complimentary 1.5 hour treatment. I felt that they would want to be promoting their products after the treatment and was open to experiencing new products and possibly purchasing. I arrived to find a very expensive, pristine and large office suite. At the beginning of the treatment lots of questions where asked then products were applied to half of my face. This is not a facial at all, it is a product demonstration so this is what it should be called. But there is more, after being asked if I could see the difference where the products where applied, my feedback obviously indicated I was not sold on the products so the beautician proceeded to say she was concerned about some small capillaries and said she would get the dermatologist to review. My skin was analysed by a computer. At first when I gave my age the dermatologist said that I looked younger than my age then came all the support my skin needed ...... and hats off to them the extremely high magnification pictures are quite something to look at and if you were at all insecure about yourself you could easily be wobbled and worried and fall right into their sales pitch.

Back we went to the treatment room and out came the payment plan. The payment plan started for the deluxe package at $10,000.00 for the year, yes this is correct then it went down to $5,000.00 for different packages for the year!!!

The beautician could feel I was not coming around then said sorry I forgot this is your first time here, knowing full well it was my first time as she took all my details 30 minutes before and I had to fill out a new application form and she commented that my friend had nominated me for the treatment.

The second payment plan for people that had been before (even though I hadn't) came out of the drawer and this price was around $2,900.00.

This is a extremely manipulative marketing plan, I arrived open to experiencing a new product with the intention of purchasing some product if I liked it to be totally turned off because of the sly, corrupt way this business operates. The products are not exceptional. My skin felt clean but also as though it had a film over it which felt artificial.

They play on womens insecurities, and camouflage the marketing scam behind nice uniforms, a pristine space, modern packaging, dermatologist and other supposed professionals.

The beautician said she would now finish the other half of my face at this stage, I could not continue at this stage seeing what was going on so left as all I wanted to do was wash my face clean of these products. Even if I had liked the product there would be no way I would want them on my skin knowing the way this company operates itself.

Ladies Be ware and very discerning to what you can feel going on here

Dear kristinat832, I can assure you that we are a 100% legitimate international franchise. Unfortunately no one is bullet proof agains technical glitches in CRM software systems and we apologise for any inconvenience that was caused to a few people who were contacted after asking to be removed from our calling list. My experience was virtually identical. Although I was sceptical about how they obtained my phone nbr and why they would be offering me a free 90mins facial I decided to give it a go. However it became apparent very quickly this was a product testing not a facial I was getting, which came with an aggressive sale pitch. The actual 'facial' would have taken no longer than 15-20mins the rest of the time was taken up waiting to be seen, asking me questions and pushing the $10,000+ memberships and packages. Only to end it by requesting 30 friends names for them to call which I didn't give any.

My experience with DeAura was great. I was recommended by my sister for a free facial treatment to introduce me to the technology. She is been using the products since months now and loves them.
They started by giving me a complementary computer diagnostic. It was really interesting to see what is going on inside my skin. The cosmetologist gave me some good advice and I learned a lot about my skin. I got my facial treatment then and the result was amazing. Cosmeceuticals really make a difference compared to cosmetics.
I happily became a member (the membership is free by the way) and been using the products ever since. And they are AMAZING! And on a natural basis, which is really important for me. They don't even do animal testing. My skin is getting better and healthier every day.
But its not just the products. The whole concept, the service, the treatments.
I've seen some reviews here about people complaining that they were asked if they want to buy the product after the treatment, which is ridiculious. They give you a FREE facial and then you complain that it was to introduce you to the company and products.
But apart from that the treatment is lovely so even if you don't wanna buy the products its worth a visit. They just offer it to you, not force you.
Lovely atmosphere, excellent service.
And my pigmentation is gone!

I was nominated by one of my friend, the experience overall was good. The beautician was an experienced one, could make out by the way she did the procedure and while interacting with her found out she came from Europe to help them with promotion. The skin care range they used was really good and the effect was quiet amazing. It was worth a visit after all I didn't loose anything.

This is just a big marketing ploy to get your money and lots of it. The sales pitch was the same for myself and my friend though we had different beauticians. They do half your face first so you can supposedly see a difference. It was cleaner, that's it. Then they sit you down and try to con you out of signing up and paying thousands of dollars!!! First they tell you it's worth $5000 plus and after you've had time to absorb the shock they then tell you "I have a nice surprise" That surprise is, if you sign up today it will only cost $2400 or some amount around there. Can't remember the exact figures but both were ludicrous. Obviously this is a ploy to make you feel you're getting a real bargain. What a joke? What a rip off!!! I couldn't even understand my consultant as she had a very strong accent and my friend's consultant had a strong accent also, so it was the same for her. We only understood about 60% of what was being communicated but it was enough to see straight through the effort at "small talk" and the attempt to lure you in. THEN they try to get 30 of your friends names and phone numbers. Jesus, they must get good commission because there was pressure for you to sign up. More time was spent doing that then applying the creams etc which they claim was $300 worth of treatment. .After all this, they do the rest of your face but as I was obviously not going to sign up, it was done begrudgingly and there was a definite dismissive vibe in the air. Good luck guys. Sorry I didn't come down with the last shower.

Dear linda34, millions of our clients around the world are happily achieving amazing results using DeAura products and services. Based on the cosmeceutical products market research, we believe that our products are well priced. In fact some luxury cosmetics brands products are more expensive (without all the great benefits of cosmeceuticals). We offer a free facial to our potential clients as an opportunity to appreciate the quality of our amazing products and I feel truly sorry that we have failed to do that in your case.

Had a hair treatment done there. Was pretty decent, specialist knew a lot about the hair so her advices were quite helpful as I can see the improvement already! Was a bit difficult to book as they were booked out for for the next few weekends.

I had an offer for a free 24k gold facial as a referral from a friend. I went after work and the place is very big and white. I got taken into a small treatment room with my beautician. She then spent about 20-25 minutes asking me questions about my skincare routine, then talking about the products she was going to use.

She then gave me a facial on half of my face only, so I could compare the difference. After the facial on half the face, she then asked me to sit down for a "feedback session" and asked if I would like to purchase the products for $2700.00, or an $800 deposit. This included a years supply and 12 treatments. The feedback session took about another 15 minutes. She then finished the facial on the other half of my face.

In total, this took just under an hour and a half - with about 45 minutes of talking about the products. I wouldn't recommend the treatment even though its free - it's not very relaxing and just a big sales pitch.

Approximate cost: $free
