When i got a call about the promotion i was dubious but when i arrived i was surprised at how glamorous and pretty it is even the receptionnist offered me an iced tea and a cookie! The treatment was luxurious and i signed up for a year of care AND unlike other clinics offering gold products the staff helped me sign up for a payment agreement!
Affordable, cheerful pampering. Will go for microderm treatment next month!

Wow!! Beautiful staff!! Great service! My skin feels amazing. My husband gave me a voucher for my birthday. I go to alot of spas in sydney and around the world and I adored this place! My only problem is the decor! Its a bit cold and clinical. Will definitely be going back.

Just like the others I was nominated by my friend for a 24 kt facial rejuvenation. I was booked in with a beautician who came from Europe to help with their promotion. She was an experienced one, as I could tell by the way she did the procedure. Overall was a satisfactory experience was quiet happy, the skin care range is really good and the result was quiet astonishing I could see the difference in my skin. It was worth visiting, after all I didn't loose anything.

Well this is my first time ever write a review about a business.
Let me first start by saying the I got a call saying I had been nominated for a FREE facial.
That was far from the truth. I was taken into a room and shown a couple of various products that they sell. The therapist began putting various creams on me. The therapist did not stop talking and throughout the so called facial the lights were on.
The therapist only did half my face to show me how good the product was. When I advised there was no difference in my skin she claimed its the first time I did this treatment.
She kept trying to show me prices about the facial and when I claimed its free she was puzzled.
Towards the end on the treatment I was told to use the machine on my face myself because she had to wash her hands. This happened twice during the so called facial.
After the treatment I was forced to nominate people and I was told it was anonymous. However 30 mins after the so called facial I received calls from the people I nominated 'anonymously' saying that they were told I had nominated them.
Overall, don't waste your time it's not a facial just people trying to sell
Their products. It's a shame that I wasted a day and I feel into the trap of false advertising.

I went for my 90 minute complimentary facial last night. The lady on reception was lovely and the girl that did my treatment was pleasant too BUT.... do not be fooled, this is no 90 minute complimentary facial, this is full on hard sell. She did one half of my face with the smallest amount of product watered down and asked me to compare it to the other side of my face, no comparison, my face looked exactly the same, but I made out I could see a slight difference! Then came the full on hard sell, trying to make me sign up for the cheapest package which was over $3,000 with a deposit of $800 and fortnightly payments of $71 (the most expensive package was over $10K, who has that spare money?!!)...crazy money for rubbish products! I refused and said I would not be signing up for anything but the girl was relentless!! Asking if I could perhaps cut out some of my weekly spending, lunches, coffees etc so that I could afford the repayments, asking how often I go out during the week and perhaps cut back on that?! Then when I firmly said no, she tried to say she would help pay towards the deposit as a special service the salon gave. It was really intense and uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave, even with half of my face done! Eventually she did the other half of my face, STILL going on and on about how good the products are and what a good deal etc. Once the "facial" was finished I had to give some friends names to recommend, I said I would give 5 names but was forced to give 20 names at least, she ended up with 16 from me. She told me to just scroll through my phone contacts and go from A to Z! Eventually I left 2 hours and 20 minutes later, thoroughly annoyed and far from relaxed, an utter waste of time unless you are really in the market for new face products and have a lot of spare money to spend on them. OVERALL..... DON'T BOTHER!

Approximate cost: $0

I just got back from having what i thought would be a free facial...I now wish i had never said yes to it when i was approached on the street...Although the offices were very well presented and the lady that did my facial was pleasent I didnt enjoy it...I felt pressured into signing up to the program even though i stated several times i couldnt afford it...I was lying on the bed only to have half of my face completed...once it was complete i was initially given a piece of paper with different packages the cheapest being over $5000 which i simply couldnt afford...then another piece of paper was produced with different values on it because apparently she had forgotten that it was my first time so i received a discount...I again stated I couldnt afford it as I was getting married in less than 3months and didnt have the spare cash....she proceeded to use my upcoming wedding as amunition to me needing to purchase the plan as it would make me look beautiful for my wedding.. I said again that i couldnt afford it...so she went away and came back with her supervisor who said she could do a special price just for me and that it was an amazing offer and i needed to take it up...I felt so uncomfortable as i really couldnt afford it but they just didnt seem to want to take no for an answer...eventually i gave in as i had been there over 2 hours and needed to get home...I was quickly rushed away to begin the paperwork...I was asked to pay for the $340 dollar deposit which was part of my special deal and then proceeded to fill out paperwork for the fortnightly payments...I was asked how many hours a week i worked and replied that i had recently resigned and wasnt working regularly...I was asked to give an idea of how many hours i worked to which i replied probably not even 20 hours...The finance manager then said he needed to put 30hours down or else it wouldnt go through i thought this was a little odd but he assured me it was fine...he then asked me for my company i worked for which i stated i didnt have one at the moment he asked for my previous company i replied and he typed it into the paperwork, I explained i didnt work there anymore to which he replied it doesnt matter we arent going to call them...Once my payment was processed and the direct debit set up i was then allowed back into the room for my treatment to be finished...Once i was finally finished i was then taken into the room again to sign more paperwork....The whole time i was lying on the bed thinking how am i going to get out of this...when it came to the final paperwork stage i was asked to read it and sign...I was trying to find the cancellation clause so that i could cancel it straight away once i had left but felt so uncomfortable with both the fiance manager and the consultant looking at me that i quickly signed the paperwork....I am now stuck with a product i dont want as it is just way out of my price range with no way of getting out of it....It was not the relaxing time i had anticipated instead an extremely uncomfortable experience where i felt pressured into buying something i just simply couldnt afford...I know i am a grown woman but they make it extremely difficult to say no...I would not recommend this to anyone...I left the offices feeling sick to my stomach at what i had signed up for and felt more stressed out than i did before going in there....Please stay strong and do not sign up to anything if you honestly cant afford it no matter how hard they try to convince you otherwise...I ended up being there for over 2 and a half hours when it was meant to only take 90mins...Really unimpressed...

Dear Bec, thank you for your review and the feedback that you've provided to our team. The situation that you've described is very unusual and completely against our company policy! After discussing this matter with you we have investigated the case and issued official warning to the staff which were involved. I trust the matter has now been solved. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused to you.

the director of the company called and offered his apologies and a full refund which was great...I just really hope that they learn from my experience and it doesnt happen to anyone else in the future

They do the same with everybody, so don't trust them. They might have apologised because you pointed out the unlawful details for "getting it through" in the system. If it was just a one off mistake, why me and so many others had very similar experience? The thing is, i would not mind buying it if it was not so obvious that it is all about their sale and 0 % about you :-/ (Israeli-Russian company- by the way)

I was phoned with the "hook" a friend had nominated and paid for me to have a free facial as a Mother's Day promotion. I tried to enquire who it was and was told " it was someone in the salon earlier in the day and they couldn't tell me as the person didn't want to be identified". I didn't go to the apt as I was suspicious . I was called up again and decided to go to see for myself. I sat down and a woman came and sat next to me ( looked like a client) . She began to chat and said she had referred 20 if her friends and how she had signed up to x deal with $x amount paid fortnightly. She then showed me the deal and the payment plan. She said to me this us your first time here. I said you seem to know a lot about me, how do you know? She didn't respond. She then asked my name. I believe she is a "plant". Out if the 1 hour 45 min I spent there -15 mins was devoted to a " facial" and the rest of the time was a "sell" I wasn't convinced about the so called amazing results and so gad a consult with a cosmetologist. When I enquired what that was I was told like a dermatologist only they deal more with cosmetics. The "cosmetologist" was approx 25 years old, not old enough to have any specialised medical training. This title is incorrect and qualifications are questionable. It's a money making scheme that has the feel of a "scam". If they offered people their products legitimately without unethical tactics that would give people confidence to buy their product. Their claims are not backed by any provided clinical trials or research. If their product is so good why use such unethical tactics to get people in their salon with the offer of a free facial from a friend. Be honest with consumers and your business and products will speak for themselves. No hard sell will be necessary. The prices are high with reductions offered as the time progressed. It's not a reputable operation. Save yourself 2 hours - the "free" facial is not worth the "hard sell" that accompanies it.

I was in there two weeks ago, got a 24 karat gold facial which was recommended by my bestfriend.
Honestly, i dont know what all the negative comments are about! It was FREE! and fantastic! Learnt heaps about my skin as well. They are expensive, but the products are honestly worth it. I didnt end up purchasing anything and i wasnt pressured into anything.I will though after my holiday :) . Good job Deaura

Dear Anonymous, thank you for your review, it is much appreciated and refreshing to hear also from the positive people who appreciate our FREE promotional offer! As mentioned before, our products and services are not cheap, but being a part of an international franchise, we are able to offer a much better combined value compare to other cosmeceutical brands of skin/hair/body care and treatments.
